Anyone looked into this?

tricky to get tickets for away end as our allocation over subscribed and going on loyalty points.

I am trying to look into sitting with home fans.

My German is weak.

Their English website also weak.

Any help/knowledge appreciated.

Cheers.

Personally I would rather pay the c£200 it would cost to get a ticket in the Spurs end from a tout.

I went to Anderlecht away a few years ago and sat with the Directors. Whilst they weren't too agressive in the stadium (though we were quite restrained in our support), we had to run an absolute gauntlet of hate to get to the relevant turnstile. Right through the hardcore Anderlecht fans - one woman got smacked in the head just because she looked English.

Was in Germany for the World Cup and whilst it generally passed of peacefully, it's safe to say there were a couple of instances where it could've got a bit tasty.

1st to Matty P. Belgium and Germany are TWO difference countries. TWO. Think of the hissy fit strop you would throw if a German said, I'd go to WHL, but I was at Cardiff once, and they had bad fans.

Second, Werder fans are some of the nicest on the planet.

Third, OP, keep out of their end. It's just a douche thing to do. This ain't the library or Blackburn....their fans give a fuck and want to celebrate their club. You're going to get drunk and call them offensive names (albeit under your breath) and have a miserable fucking time. Even if we go up 5-0, they will be jumping. If you can't get seats in our end or the REST of the stadium from a tout, then God is telling you not to go.

I got an A for Geography, so I'm fully aware that Belgium and Germany are two different countries thanks.

I was merely relating my experience of sitting in a non-Spurs end in a foreign country, albeit not Germany (the clue that I recogised this was were I used the name "Anderlecht"). I would have related my experience in Leverkusen but I was in with the Spurs official/youth team, so it wasn't relevant.

I did also relate my experiences in Germany during the World Cup.

And I wouldn't give a flying fuck what German fans say.

I was at a Germany v Ireland qualifier in Stuttgart a few years back, bought a ticket off a tout and was slap bang in the middle of the German fans. Complete nutters but not in a hostile way. Quite a few Irish dotted around the place aswell. Probably a bit more dodgy at club level.
