Im sorry but that sentence is just not accurate at all. We've been right on it. Apart from a defensive lapse in concentration we are the better team by far.
We obviously have different opinions on what"right on it" means.

Lots of below par performers in that first half.

But that's been the norm for some time now.

Now they have the lead they’re gonna sit 10 men behind the ball. All these pacy players may not break them down. I’d like to see NDombele on to find a killer pass.

This team is unbalanced.

4 forwards and 2 midfielders.

How can Mourinho swagger about when he makes such basic mistakes.

Two things though.

Lucas is fouled first which leads to him (possibly) brushing the ball - the advantage should therefore go to us.

or at least a free kick.

Lucas' possible handball had no effect to where the ball ended up.

Now I know, handball is handball but a bit of common sense needs to apply in these situations.

The problem is the refs follow the law to it's strictest form which takes away any human judgement and then they end up just trying to apply the law even if it doesn't exist in a complete manner.
The rule unequivocally does not allow for common sense. If the ball hits an attacking player's hand in the build up, the goal does not stand. Period.

Lucas did brush the ball with his arm before Egan kicked it into his back, therefore the goal is disallowed.

The rule is shit and has to be changed (which I believe IFAB have announced it will be for next season) and not giving Lucas a free kick was an abysmal decision.

Either bump Berjwijn wide and take one of Sonny or Moura off and slide one of Coco or ndombele in behind Kane or push Lo celso up and drop someone in next to Sissoko.

Need someone to start moving that wall of five about.
