I’m 6 foot 4 so you best hope row 40 sells out before I get mine
:ROFLMAO:
On a serious note Why on earth would you want to sit in the south stand row 41 and kill the atmosphere in our new stadium?

It won't kill the atmosphere. I sing every game, even when we are not winning! Many of the people around me don't bother. It is more noise we need, particularly when we are struggling in a game, regardless of whether people are standing or sitting.

I will be doing that. It's a seat and I will be in it for a long time.

That's your loss then init. Cause the majority of people in the south stand will stand and tell you where to go.

Your username is stupid.

You love it.

Because they want to moan probably. I don't want to be in the south stand for the view, which is nowhere near as good as the sidelines. I want to be there to stand and get involved with the atmosphere. I sit down at work all day, I wanna stand up for the football.

They don't sing because they have miserable gits like you saying "can you sit daaaaaaan please" every 10 seconds .

You'll be fucked if he stands in front of you.

I’ve learnt somethind today...

I’ve had a season ticket at Spurs for 14 years and genuinely didn’t know there were areas in the ground where people stood for the whole game until we moved to Wembley and were put next to people who stood the whole game. I think it’s risky to expect us to police it ourselves.

If you are buying in the South stand upper, but don't want to have those standing in front blocking your view than you may be ok if you buy in the front couple of rows above the wheelchair bays. There are plenty left in those spots.

Just use the text complaint line for those making a nuisance standing and it is
contrary to ground regulations, it works stewards do come to your seat to investigate I've tried it.

I have no idea how anyone could choose a seat in the South Stand if they want to sit the whole game. If anything, their experience is going to be ruined as I'm pretty sure the vast majority of people will want to stand, and unless you want to take on hundreds of people, they will get their way.

There’s another argument in all this sit/stand in the south stand. It is going to be the ‘home’ end where the team (mostly) kicks towards in the second half. It is one complete stand behind the goal, lots of fans like to sit behind the goal. The other stand behind the goal is mainly away fans and family (12 blocks), 11 blocks where ST holders may have to move for cup games and 1 block unavailable for ST. So if you are a ST holder who prefers the view behind the goal what are you supposed to do?
I have, with 3 friends, chosen the south stand and we all intend to sit, I have read many others who say the same.
We have chosen the corner and in 3rd and 4th row so there’s no reason why we shouldn’t sit with the first row being for the registered disabled and one other row in front.
I hate the attitude that if you sit you can’t/won’t/don’t possibly contribute to the atmosphere! So by all means stand in the area future proofed for standing but leave the rows in upper for those who like the view behind the goal and like to sit. We have as much right to do as we want as you.

This south Stand will be iconic. Up there with some of the finest stands in world football. The sitting down, shhing and tutting is going be truly unique and groundbreaking, and all in the largest single stand in world football. Marvellous

I assume you haven't grown much taller since 2013.

Stalker alert?

Yep. I sold him a ticket and he hasn't left me alone since. :cautious:

Ricky - was that your username then? Assuming you're talking about the ill feited 0-3 home loss to WHU ?

I'm not a giant by any means, but 5ft 10ish isn't midget levels. If a 6ft 4" chap is in the row in front, the stepped level should balance us out ok.
If I had Shaq in front then I'd be fucked sat or standing though.
