Sandro not good enough - Sherwood

Like I say its about balance. You cant go all out attack and disrespect opponents. I agree that there are games where you can get away with it and I'm not opposed to resting Sandro from time to time. The trouble is he wasn't even rested yesterday but completely dropped. If Sherwood doesn't think Sandro is good enough then he needs his head examining. I can't wait for Sherwood to be out of the hot seat before he causes even more damage.

Well, as our last two seasons have been relatively unsucessful, I'm starting to feel as if we are one more bad season away from once again becoming a top half side with no other aspirations.

My version is very close to yours.

I reckon signing Lukaku is a bit of a pipe-dream, but he would be ideal. Holtby, if he can be convinced that it's an acceptable role, is an ideal alternative to Eriksen, who is going to miss matches through injury and (if we're in the EL) rotation. Rose isn't as bad as people make out, but has not regained anything like his earlier form since his injury, with only a few exceptions. Chadli has shown plenty over the last couple of months to merit keeping him, especially as he is versatile and can play in at least four positions.

To me, comments like that should be made to the player and not made public. If he feels that Sandro hasn't been playing or training well, fine. But to tell everyone publicly is just going to upset the player and damage confidence. That's where good man management comes in to play.

But then player can Tweet what he wants?

Like you truly deep down do not to get what he meant in that Tweet, and what it would do to the fan base? I cannot believe that you didn't see that. Hate Sherwood for hates sake but please don't try and suggest that this was an innocent Tweet.

Give me a break, will ya. All Sandro did was use his personal twitter account to send a tweet to his followers. That is completely different from issuing a malicious statement in public, during an "official" interview directly pertaining to your player(s).
Sherwood is clearly a subversive turd who isn't fit to lead Spurs, and who constantly spreads ethical turpitude in the face of adversity.

Chadli is fine. He's grown on me. But we have far too many midfielder and I do think we need to let someone leave.

You could make a case for that somebody being sigurdsson, Lennon, Townsend, bentaleb, paulinho, lamela or capoue, but personally I think each of those has more potential except Lennon, who offers something different, or sigurdsson, but he's our closest thing to consistent.

I'm still not sure how what he actually said was undermining the management of the club. All he said was he is fit and hopes the team win.

I think we are all possibly falling for the media's negative spin in that regard.

Yeah it seems Moyes is not the bookies favourite for the Spurs job and LVG has declared his interest in the United job.

I certainly don't want the former at WHL. We'd be repeating what happened with AVB in appointing a recently failed manager. I want a manager on the up.
