Just on thr bbc website now. Paulinho is in but sandro out. He didnt have the best season and was injured for some of it but tim has a lot to answer for why he isnt going. It was a disgrace to drop him from the squad recently

Putting on my spurs blinkers.....good! Can have the whole summer to get over the injuries he has had and come back in top condition for us :)

Nothing to do with Sherwood, the problem is that he is rarely fit and hasn't played enough games to justify his inclusion.

Cool, a long rest and a full pre-season is exactly what he needs.

Not that he has done anything this season to suggest he should be in the Brazil squad. Mind you, going on Spurs performances, I am not sure what Paulinho is doing there.

Exactly. Obviously bad news for Sandro but hopefully good news for us.

A fit Sandro makes a massive difference to our team, whether Sherwood sees it or not.

Incidentally I don't really think Sherwood can be blamed for Sandro not being in the squad, and I say this as someone who thinks Sherwood is to blame for a lot of things.

Maybe Scolari knows something we don't.

Honestly, Sandro hasn't been fit enough nor in good enough form really. Nothing to do with Sherwood. No need to use this as something negative towards Tim.

Have no interest in the WC; the least number of our players involved, the better. None have shown excellent form this season, and it'll mean they'll come back to pre-season all refreshed and ready for the new manager.

Coutinho should be more annoyed really. I don't agree at all with Sherwood's of him assessment but its not his fault.

To be honest from what I've seen of him since his injury is that he charges round midfield making stupid tackles and giving away freekicks, he is so much better than this. Needs this summer to get back to full fitness.
