Hugo's said before he has no interest in playing in the French league. He'll be here until it suits both parties for him to leave (similar to Jan).

And aggregators is mistranslating because somehow from that news they said he's top target for Pochettino and PSG

We should definitely be eyeing up Johnstone if WBA go down but I'm not ready for us to give up on Hugo yet. He's in some of his best form and these days 34 is not a bad age for a keeper. You'd say he easily has 3-4 years left if he looks after himself.

Its airways difficulty to judge a keeper playing at a weak side as they face so much more by way of opposition attack that the focus is far more shifted by the reporting into his many they save than how many mistakes they make, as is the case with the keepers at top clubs. Don’t get me wrong, obviously I’d want to replace Hugo with a keeper who can save a shot, but you’ll make a lot more saves if you face a lot more shots and you won’t be judged as harshly when your side is expected to concede 2+ per game.

I’d feel more secure with Henderson (despite the similar circumstances) as at 23 there as lot more to work with.

Ideally Hugo never declines or leaves ?

Cant see Henderson leaving United unfortunately.

Depends if he’s ever going to get a chance. If he spends the first half of next season as a first choice goalkeeper at a top club, and does well, he’s going to the World Cup.

Winks going there would suit us nicely. Its PSG so you can rake them over the coals. Winks links back up with Poch in an easier league. Win/win.
I don’t see why Poch would choose winks over other options when he has PSG money.

He is United through and through, he signed a new contract to keep him there till possibly 2026, I would love him I think he is quality but I cant see him kicking up a fuss anytime soon.
