I reckon that Robbo will start against Everton and United this week after Cerny made a couple of mistakes in the last United game.
I would love to see him help us to push up the league and win the cup.
Lets hope he can recapture his old form from now until the end of the season otherwise Juande will be looking for 2 new goalkeepers in the summer.

doubt it mate, I would think that he's gonna be made to work hard on the training pitch for a bit longer yet and that they would not chuck radek out at the first hint of an error (or deflection)

Can't put Robbo in just yet. Cerny made an error against Utd but has to be given a chance to carry on based on his performances so far which have been good.

Cerny... Robinson made a few mistakes before Ramos dropped him (and I'm not including the Reading 'goal' that wasn't over the line), so I'd like to think Cerny will be afforded the same number of chances as Robinson had before being dropped...

Cerny's contract is up at the end of this season - already the likes of QPR are mooted to be sniffing above their level.

So the quandry is do we continue to big up Serny and provide him with his shop window even if he is doing the business of keeping clean sheets?

Or do we invest in Robbo's confidence with a new look defence and say to the big man - "Pull your socks up and be part of this club or ....."?

What mistakes are you thinking of? Not saving a penalty or that deflected ball at the end?

When talking about Robinson it's not only about form because he has never been good in the air etc.

Keep Cerny between the posts

Why is it a punishment when Robinson isn't in the team. The only punishment we can talk about is the one he has done to himslef.

There is always a chance that Ramos viewed this period of cup games as a good time to use Cerny, gives both Robbo a break and time to reflect.

Personally, i think Robbo's return will come at Slavia Prague, getting him back into the team for the first game of two legs means that if he does drop a clanger (which i have every faith in him that he won't cost us the game, and will earn all the cheers he gets from the travelling fans) then it gives Ramos that safety blanket of being able to draft in Cerny for the second leg.

To be honest I feel he was at fault for the penalty(along with Dawson)because that was a kickout that landed almost on the penalty spot and he stayed on his line.I also think he should have saved Ronaldos shot that squeezed under his body, any half decent keeper would have stopped that shot as the deflection took a lot of power out of the shot.
