Funnily enough, I said to my brother only yesterday that he reminded me a bit of Berba!
He can't be that lazy

we had that man. we sold him.
your brother is either bulgarian, lazy or an incredible striker?Funnily enough, I said to my brother only yesterday that he reminded me a bit of Berba!
They sound bloody twitchy to me (maybe Harry has a new job lol)...but seriously, they keep feeding this info....like threatening they won't budge.
The truth of the matter is, I think they're impressed enough by our offer but want that bit more on their terms to be wholly satisfied. I also think Levy is confident they'll buckle eventually - and I feel the same.
If they were so determined they wouldn't be resorting to this constant leaking. They're nervous IMO, and Levy knows it.
Levy has smelt blood I'm afraid, and that's the equivalent of most us smelling pussy and knowing its up for grabs.
or modrat, take your pick.Rafa
Calm before the storm mate.God dam it...its all gone too quiet.
Nothing happening until next week now IMO.
Soldado is not a Spanish Berba.
Berba could run the game as the slightly deeper striker, receiving the ball with an immaculate touch, waiting for his colleagues to move and then linking play intelligently.
And when his teammates showed the intelligence and reflexes of a hibernating grizzly bear, Berba would give them a contemptuous look.
Soldado can't link the game like Berba. But his movement around the box and composure when finishing is top class, and I'd be happy if we signed him.
Calm before the storm mate.
....well, here's hoping anyway!
This is what is making me brick it, convinced someone will beat us to him the longer we hold off.Yeah I think that to mate.
I just think Levy knows he has them by the balls. Christ all this posturing they're doing via leaking snippets of the negotiations is probably playing in to Levy's hands.
I think he'll wait until mid next week and then modify the offer slightly and they'll reluctantly accept.
What choice do they have? Unless someone else comes in.

best post EVER!I can see it now. Daniel Levy signs Soldado for less than 30m and then signs Postiga just to teach Valencia a lesson for keeping us waiting.
Today we have had Soldado likened to Suarez and Berbatov, some people are in for a bit of a surprise.
Someone compared him to Heskey the other day.
Jokingly, thankfully.
