Can't argue with that, other than to suggest that Mcleish, McCarthy or Hodgson should be in with a shout. I have reservations about his "tactical nous", but he's done a staggeringly good job since he started.
and maybe then this is proof that finding managers with this so-called "tactical-nous" is completely nonesense. Look at the likes of Ramos, Rafa, Venglos and Sven. Looked upon as tactical gods but not really what the premiership needs.
Its all about getting 110% from a collective group of very talented footballers and for that I wouldnt swap Our Arry for anyone.
