In the 2019/20 season, a number of tweaks will come into force with regards to rules and how matches are officiated.

Well that should fix it.
Nothing about restrictions on loan players
or transfer fee caps
or wage caps
or enforcing fair play rules
or foreign ownership
or number of foreign players allowed in squads
(currently 66% in Premiership overall)
or fairer distribution of TV money to lower leagues and amateur football.
or tactical, professional fouls receiving an automatic red card.
or any of your own bete noires.
You missed a squeeze on time wasting.
For the good of the game, this needs sorting.
That's an 89th minute thing. They’ve made a start with the time wasting-players have to leave by the nearest point on pitch when substituted to stop the slow walks across the pitch-not a lot but it’s something at least
Good points, just not so sure about the docking points for diving but yes something needs to be done, I think we get at least 2 yellows for non dives, as for Liverpool no yellows ?That's an 89th minute thing.
I want keepers booked the very first time they do it. I want the referee to signal clearly that a goal kick is ready and there needs to be a 5 second limit on how long the keeper has to take it.
The 6 second rule once the keeper has picked the ball up needs to be enforced as well.
As for play acting when you're fouled..... Going off and coming back on has done nothing and isn't even enforced that often. There should be minimum time off the pitch. If you're actually injured 2 minutes will help you. If you're not, then you're better off getting up quickly so you're team isn't down to 10 men for 2 minutes.
And it's about time there are retrospective bans for diving whether the ref saw it or not. I would even give consideration to docking the players team points if they're proven to have done it.

The substitution thing won't make a blind bit of difference. They'll just wait in the middle of the pitch now instead
Why does it matter if the keeper touches the posts before a penalty?
I read it that they can't touch the post when the kick is taken. I still have no idea why that is relevant. I assumed it was at the start of the penalty too, rather than diving and coming into contact with the post.
Unnecessary rule changes by people with too much time on their hands trying to justify their existence.
Handballs: Too strict as is. World of difference between Llorente's winner against City and, say, Maradona's 'hand of god', with VAR correctly calling on either.
Drop Balls: Not an issue.
Substitutions: The only good call here.
Free Kicks: Not an issue.
Penalty Kicks: Not an issue.
Cards for Managers: Fair enough.
