We need to get Ange 2x £50-75mil attacking players this summer, ideally a ST and a winger who can play both sides.

Werner, Kulu, Johnson, Richy, Solomon etc all a bit too average too often imo.

We need a few next level players, in the same way Liverpool signed Allison & VVD, we need that level of signing in attacking areas, add to that 2-3 back up player improvements and we will be a serious threat next season but right now it’s the attacking players which are the issue imo.

Take Liverpool & Man.City as the benchmarks the last few seasons, they’ve had the likes of Mane, Salah, Sane, Sterling, Aguero, Firminiho etc, even Arsenal have Saka, Martinelli & Odegaard, right now we just have Son and the rest are not consistent enough to take us to the next level, until they are upgraded we will struggle to be as consistent as we need to be to win things.

But it’s a journey and I’m certain Ange and the recruiting team will know what we need to improve next.

Either way I still fancy us to nick this 1-2 🤞

Three interesting games with potentially a really surprising result or two. In a moment of madness I'm going for a Luton win.

Presumably due to postponed fixtures etc. but I've just seen that Bournemouth have played 4 at home on the trot. Fair play to them though, 13 points from the last 15 to guarantee them safety. Thought they'd be in trouble earlier in the season, they've breezed through.

Can easily see Utd getting 0 points from Chelsea and Liverpool, winning against Forest on Sunday would open up a nice 12 point gap.

Early days but so far Glasner is showing everything I thought he would be in terms of a fairly low possession rigid defensive 3-4-3 which is why I was very concerned when we were strongly linked with him to replace Conte.

So so glad we got Ange and didn’t go near Glasner, very average frankly boring manager imo.

If they beat luton and then United and united lose to chelsea on Thursday they would be one point behind them. A lot of ifs of course but not entirely unreasonable.

I think one of the teams below united will go on some kind of run and overtake them with united finishing 7th/8th.

We should of went all out on Raphinha when we had the chance. He would've been perfect

Is there any point watching the Luton game in the hope of an upset?

I will probably watch from 7.30 until the City - Villa game kicks off at 8.15 or thereabouts

Or I will bale out when the gooners go 3-0 up after 20 minutes - fully expecting another 6-0 win for Dial Square FC
