Fantastic, early on in the season it was Le Arse and Liverfool getting their knickers in a twist over us, now it is Villa and - Man Shitty of all teams.

Ladies and gents - I think we are heading places!
Here's what I don't get. I understand Arsenal and Chelsea singing about us. Even the other London sides. But City?

What’s that hat Peter Reid is wearing?!? Has he joined the 1920s Chicago mob? He looks like he’s in for a busy night bootlegging hooch.

In the town of Sunderland
There lived a man with a monkey's head
And they called him Peter Reid
He eats bananas with his feet

Peter Reid eats bananas with his feet
bananas with his feet
bananas with his feet

(I will always love how much that chant made him laugh when they played it to him on Soccer AM)

This is what I was getting at about Arsenal and their lack of goalscorers/not being the highest goalscorers.

City are only 3 points behind, have a better GD and have scored the most in the league.

If they turnn it on, they will start to regualrly thump teams and Arsenal will need to match that. Scoring last minute winners or holding on to 2-0 leads will eventually get tiring, especially if you are not scoring tons of goals.

It happened last season too.

Liverpool overcame City to win the league by being utterly relentless with the goals. Smashing teams and allowing them to take the gas off a little later in games.

That West Ham goal looked out, but impossible to disallow due to Bowen's leg in the way.

Cue another Arteta rant if they don't win this game

One of the benefits of being a bitter, petty person is that a loss like tonight’s against Brighton is absolutely fine if Arsenal lose tonight albeit against West Ham which is never nice but still.

And they're at home.
