VAR supports the refs decision. Happened in Spurs and has happened here (twice).

Gordon was falling over before the keeper ever touched him and the touch had no bearing on anything in that situation. Why can't VAR just make the right decision? I just don't get it. It's not rocket science.

What on earth is going on with the refs in PL??? And why is VAR not helping? Watching that Newcastle pen were Gordon falls before he hits the keeper and the ball is going outside, what on earth?????

I have to admit I don't understand the rules any more. I couldn't tell you what's a handball and what should be a penalty.

Imagine relying on Neal Maupay off the bench to get you back into a game.

(I hope I've jinxed it)

We've established from one viewing of a replay that it came off his shoulder and yet the decision took ages.

That looked late as fuck on Pinnock... not sure this won't be called back to that foul.

It also looked like the ball might've crossed the byline when it went over the goal.

I think someone should be checking Pawson's bank account for payments from Saudi.

Pawson is a joke. That was fucking obvious when it fucking happened.

I'm a little torn here. England's biggest issue has been the on field ref not making a decision unless it's super clear and then the VAR not intervening on a clear PK or red card because it "wasn't clear an obvious". The PL needs refs to be willing to make a big call and that's was Pawson has done twice. But they are both calls that are never made in England because of refs not making big calls. So it makes him look like the outlier when it's what people have been asking refs to do.

I don't mind refs getting it wrong. There's no real excuse for var getting it wrong.

Wilson's such a dick, I have no idea how he gets away with so much of his petit, disruptive bullshit all the time.
