Atm i think West Ham survive, but lose to Fulham and Arsenal then they are in big trouble
Im hoping they're relegated after losing 11 of the last 12,but beat Arsenal. However losing all 12 will also be good 😂🥂

Unfortunately I think are there are 3 worse teams, but we can only hope they go down...
I think they are in real trouble. Out of their last 10 games they have 4 at home and 6 away games. Their away form is the worst in the league together with Forest (1 away win all season).

Their four home games include games against Arsenal, United and Liverpool.

Add to that a European adventure where they are favourites to go far makes me think they are really on thin ice here.

I can't remember a season where after so many games, and so few left, that 9 whole teams are completely in the shit. Going to be a mad end to the season for those lot.

West Ham look cooked to me, Fulham will be fully rested Saturday whereas they will be have a short turn around after a 5-1 beating. Worst away record in the division + horrible home games and the distraction of Europe - the second leg of the Euro game is 3 days before Bournemouth away. They are faaaaacked and I am loving it.

As for us - I think we will scrape 7th just about holding Villa and Brentford off. I can’t see us winning any of the 4 remaining away games - we always lose to Liverpool, Newcastle are miles better than us, Villa - we might get a draw and Leeds will be last game of the season and then fighting for their lives potentially - if they are already safe then we might be able to take advantage.

The home game I am more positive about, we have generally picked up results at home despite performances and Brighton, Bournemouth, United, Palace, Brentford is a very decent run, 10 to 12 points in that lot.

If West Ham go down we should go for Scamacca, he'd be perfect backup option for bench and he clearly has the materials to develop further. Him having a rough season benefits us fee wise, be worth the risk.

Decent shout. Thought he would have done better though

Woah 5-1 to the barcodes
Based on how they also comfortably beat Man Utd, and based on our current form right now, and if we don't quickly grow a backbone, and if Newcastle's form continues, can you see us doing any better in 2 weeks time ?

We lost badly in that disastrous last game of the season which saw Arsenal pip us to 2nd in 2015/16 and that was 5-1 and Poch had an absolute fit. Unless things drastically turn around in the next fortnight we could be handed out a 5-1 thrashing up there too. Would anyone following us be remotely surprised, because at the moment I wouldn't .....

Top 4 is long gone as far as I'm concerned. With the games in hand situation as it is, we needed 6 points from these last 2 games to even stand a chance. We needed to see a real indication that the away form was improving and we've seen nothing of the sort in either game - we conceded 3 goals to Southampton (a team who'd scored 3 times in total in the 8 matches before they met us) and needed a penalty to score against a dreadful Everton side. I simply don't see any reason to be optimistic about anything improving before the end of the season. And next up: Brighton, who have 2 games in hand on us and are only 4 points behind.

It's not long gone. We have 2 home games, whilst Newcastle have to go to Brentford and villa.

We need to make changes, im not sure Stellini is going to do that though

I’ve been impressed with how quickly Newcastle have excelled this season: before the spending spree they will have over the next few windows as well! Its going to be them and city over the next 5 years plus.

I can see us being put to the sword up there in a few weeks. Like others, I am not even concerned with top 4 or bothered as we need yet another reset. I was at every home CL match this season and especially the last home game vs AC Milan we looked miles off competing in that competition.

I’m going to the remaining home games and I’ll get behind the team like I always do but my expectations have lowered dramatically.

I know some may disagree but I’d just be happy to play in the Europa League under a progressive, attacking style manger similar to the time of Jol.

I’d be content with a mix of mainly youth with a few senior heads instead of what we’ve had years previous under Jose & Conte (playing deadwood squad players who think they’re too good for it). But even when looking at things now we’d be lucky to be in the Europa League.

Just at the stage of here we go again and prepared to get an actual identity back liking the team. Yet again all down to whether the board and Levy have had an awakening

The sun sets on a traumatic few seasons. Here's to the dawning of a new age - I want to say I'm done with it all but too much of my miserable life is invested in this club.
