We have comfortably the most favourable fixtures of the contenders for 4th. Arsenal have a game in hand but have 7 away games left most of which are tricky. We have 6 at home and 4 away, and only Liverpool away looks really tough. If we can beat West Ham and arsenal at home we should do it, we’ve got a good chance even if we don’t

I think you are seeing where Arsenal have problems and where we have problems.

Arsenal's players can't do enough against the big teams and in the big games. For how well Saka, Odegaard and co have been doing, they are not yet big game winners.

Luckily, we have Kane and Son who are very much big game winners.

Unfortunately, Arsenal's players have been playing more consistently. Whereas our big players have gone missing in games we needed them to drag us through.

Hopefully that's more down to adjusting and freshness.

Afterall Arsenal have had a very good scenario with not having other cups to play in. That freshness allows for consistency.

Talking about the title race saying “nothings changed blah blah, it’s not in Liverpool’s hands”. I think he was just sat there a bit butthurt that Arsenal lost and decided to be an idiot ?
I don't know where his conclusions come from sometimes...?

Honestly, until we can put two or three wins together in a row. I wouldn’t hang your hat on us doing anything. If we can hit that bit of consistency then who knows.

Just saw the Liverpool goals. Ramsdale did very poorly for the first, wrists like a wacky waving arm flailing inflatable tube man. He’s very good at pulling off the Hollywood saves and making himself look good. Not sure about the bread and butter though.

If you're a neutral, which I'm obviously not, this season in the Prem is one of the best for a long time. Title race, top 4 and relegation still undecided with 10 games left.

Exciting.

I keep saying this and getting shut down. He does the Hollywood really well, but any shots either side of generally give him problems

Everton have got to be the whiniest fans in the league.

only their players are allowed to "give it some"

They look in trouble. Sure their recruiting has been bad but I think it’s in the forward areas where they have really struggled to bring good attackers and strikers in. We’ve found it hard but they really have. If you don’t scout and pay what you need to for strikers then you just don’t get the quality. Without that I think it really filters through your side

Gordon seems to be the commentators’ darling but he should have been booked twice already.

Barcodes have this
Everton are terrible, I watched the same fixture at st James park and it's like watching a different team.

Before they were high pressing and entertaining, today they look like us under José on a bad day.

The decision of appointing lampard could become one of the most expensive in memory. They are going down.

The showing so far is actually worse than Benítez

yeah but the only thing might save them is that Leeds, Watford and Norwich are even worse
