Watching the highlights, all i saw were Laporte shaped gaps. I never realised how big he was.

Superb passing from Norwich though, they were so fired up by the time their third came, what a great result for them.
Daniel Farke is defo putting himself in the conversation of possible Spurs managers should Poch leave in the next year or two. Done an amazing job there, gives young players a chance and his team is brave and tries to play exciting football.

Was hoping for a new manager bounce effect when Watford play Arsenal later today, but then I realised there won't be applicable because:

1) It's Watford, and if the new manager bounce effect was real they would have won several trebles over the last few seasons; and
2) It's not a new manager anyway. For fuck's sake.

Goes against the grain to say it, but I'll happily make an exception today due to the visitors: Come on you 'Orns!

He's doing a good job, but I would hope that if Poch were to leave, we'd be aiming much higher than the Farke/Howe band of managers.
We're very close to being an elite club, and should recruit accordingly.
The only question would be whether a truly elite manager would agree to work under Levy.

Yeah I don’t have any expectation that Watford can do anything against Arsenal.

Remember last season when I sat down to watch the game, think Deeney got sent off after 10 minutes and it was such a crap game.

Expecting something similar today, a fluke Arsenal win.

I disagree somewhat, because I think while we're a top club we are less flush with cash than the biggest clubs, and therefore we also need a manager who gets his players to buy into "the project" rather than a Mourinho (pure tactician) or Ancelotti (pure feelgood man manager).

If Farke can establish Norwich as a solid mid-table unit I would want him in the conversation when Poch decides to leave.

Thats all nice in theory, but the reality is we have some world class players who are, or very soon will be hitting their peak years.
Not sure how many of them will want to buy into another 'project', my suspicion is they'll choose the option with the greatest chance of silverware.
I know as a fan, I've had just about enough of projects, time for some glory.

I was kinda disappointed when we never got Schneiderlin to sign for us.
.
In retrospect I have no regrets.

I am always uncertain over Richarlison whether I would take him or not, seems hot and cold too often.

Provided United doesn’t grab him first.

I’m not certain that Everton goal should of stood. Calvert Lewis was climbing all over the centre back there holding him down so he couldn’t jump.

Delph had to work hard to get a yellow. What was the Ref playing at letting him make three rash tackles before booking him ?

Those challenges he put in should've warranted two yellows.

And now it looks like he scores an own goal  Might be Fraser's if it's deemed to have gone in at the far post if it wasn't touched.

Keane appears to be one of those players who only plays well if Sean Dyche sets the tactics.
I think he needs someone to tell him what to do during the game, someone like Cahill or older centre back to keep him awake, communication between him and Mina looks non existent.
