With a heavy heart, and after clutching at straws for weeks, I've changed to go.

I don't want him to go, but our league form isn't getting any better, we should have lost today. Time for fresh ideas.

Still out. Seen very little to change my mind since Brighton when I said a change should happen.

Two good performances against a europa league side doesn't change that.

Please go. He should have gone 2 months ago. This season is probably gone already now. The longer this continues the more I genuinely worry about relegation. We just don't win enough and it's becoming a habit.

Please leave Poch.

Looking forward to seeing how today changes this

Yeah, I think this result will finally wake up a lot of people.

A third of the PL season gone and we're potentially 12pts off 4th place and 6pts off the drop.

Wouldn't be surprised if Levy sacks him over the international break; would be SHOCKED if Poch makes it to Christmas.

I'm so reluctant to say it because change hurts, but I'm sorry, Podge, now's the time for a change.

I've been extremely critical of his team selections, but his players let him down today IMO. Dier and Davies especially. He set up his team almost exactly as we all suggested. Not sure how we're going to get a better manager in though... Can't see Mourinho or Allegri wanting to come into our team in the current position we're in.
