Right now? I dont think its so certain like the post claimed. In my opinion Telles is the better crosser and 1v1 defender, while Reguilon is the more dynamic player. Potential for improvement makes Reguilon interesting, I just thought the post underrated Telles, because I think Telles would have similar impact to Digne if he came to the Prem.

thanks mate, I’ve not seen enough of either so good to understand how you see it. Sounds like Sergio might suit a 352 or 343, but if Davies is the LCB when would he get a break? I don’t like any of our CBs on the left, now Jan has gone

This has been fairly quiet with all the Bale talk, but fullback has been a weak position since selling Walker and Rose going off form.

Really excited for this guy. Would make a huge difference having fullbacks who can defend and offer attacking threat.

Yeh, Telles has, however, been playing at a lower level and flopped at Inter (though many years ago). Reguilon has proven himself at a higher level and is younger to. The whole 'this player is better than that' sort of ignores that what is more important is what will those players be able to contribute to the team, are they the 'right' player.

How so?

Seemed quite good what he said myself?
tbf our stock is as high has it has ever been in terms of international recognition. A poor season, is a poor season, but I think we are still more respected than we were during, say, the first CL season under Poch. It's a complement, because we are seen to be a very good club.

At least Sergio is his name, but I really don’t get how Reguilon is difficult to type ?

People are already struggling with Doherty, and spent 7 years spelling Eriksen with two c’s and an o. Never underestimate people’s ability to misspell names.
