 Yes Tim... we have no idea how good he is... if only there had been footage of him playing for a half decent team winning something, oh and if only he had been considered that teams best player.

Oh well.

Now, granted... we don't know how he will settle etc... but honestly

He's getting we and I confused

Imagine how exciting this transfer would be on it's own? We'd be going mental normally.

Us buying a Madrid player - I remember that feeling from a number of years back and that didn't turn out too badly at all ?

This will turn out to be the signing of the summer imo, and I'm all aboard the Bale train. Reguilon will be up there with Robertson as the best back in the league eventually, I reckon.

Stuck in work teaching, has this guy been spotted since supposedly landing in England?

Haven't been able to keep up with the threads.

I can’t wait for Reguilon to be announced, not just his attacking abilities but he’s so tenacious shows a lot of his defensive work in this.Whomever opposes him is gonna know their in a battle every match.

Crazy that we seemed to get a pretty free run at him.

Lucky for us everyone is broke I guess.

To think this knuckle dragger was once our manager

Gabbi Agbonlahor was on TalkSport yesterday and was asked...

"can you give us an example of a manager that youve worked with that improved you and others in the squad as players?"

I was expecting his answer to be someone like Martin O'Neil or Houllier. but nope. his answer....

"Tim Sherwood" :cautious:

It's such a shame he was given a job he had no right to. Supported Spurs since 02 and he's without a shadow of a doubt my least favourite Spurs manager.

Belongs nowhere but gutter punditry.

TBH I think he's trying to downplay things which I sort of agree with. Our most expensive signing can't get regular game time and I feel that's due to settling in. Sherwood is right about the premier league being the toughest league in the world. I just understood that as let's not go celebrating as we don't know how quick players will adapt to a new country, the toughest league in the world, the fact that most teams these days don't have long term managers and possible the language barrier......................................................................I still think Sherwood is an asshole though

I can see why those two would hit it off tbf. They probably bonded over a shared passion for Brexit.

Exactly. You get the impression from that clip that he has genuinely never heard of him before, which, for someone who gets paid to analyse the game, is a bit odd.
I think it's more than an impression. It's clear demonstration that if he has not done his homework/job and watched him play.

If someone that willfully unprepared dared to darken my door they'd be in a whole world of trouble
