Graft combined with talent is always exciting to watch.

What the fuck is going on with our recruitment recently? Buying players that hit the ground running and actually improve us? Sorcery!

I’m 44 and sitting here seriously thinking about getting my hair done like Richy.
I made a drunken deal with some friends that I'd get my hair done like that if we won the league a couple of weeks ago, if anyone wants to join it would be good not to feel ridiculous alone!

love Richy for giving me ammunition against those salty fans who didn’t get decisions their way. Simple reply of ‘cry more ?’ is all that needs to be said now. Thank you Richy!

I remember being supportive but on the fence when we were linked to him.

I'm surprised at how much I am liking him as a player and a person so quickly.

The fact that the game means so much to him is such a good thing to witness.

Same here, I seem to recall being quite scathing of his ability and potential when Richarlison was at Watford. Now I'm rapidly falling in love with him as a player.

Overall, I think our team is becoming a lot more likable and the vibe around the club is a lot more positive than it's been (except for a few twitter "fans").

I think the team is becoming more endearing to us simply because it looks like they all give a shit. That was a huge problem we had at the end of Poch and through most of Mourinho and Nuno, it never looked like everybody was on the same page. In addition to playing like they're caring they're also becoming masters of the dark arts and shithousery which just makes me love them even more.

You can't be seen as a soft side when you have Romero, Dier, Højbjerg, Richarlison and Kane in the side. That soft underbelly doesn't exist any more.

Im really impressed. I liked him at Everton. I thought he’d do what he says on the tin. Run around. Try hard. Have quality but not be quality.

he seems quality. The the assist, those headers. Good lad for fighting to start and getting starts. We needed competition….hope he kicks on to the next level.
I’m no longer scared that we need to keep son and Kane on when they are playing shit for no reason

Currently averaging a G/A every 65 min this season.

Wouldn’t be surprised if a big part of his early success is down to some extensive rest and a proper pre season this summer, while being eased in to the side. Last summer he played in the Copa America and Olympics for a Brazil team that went to both finals, followed by being one of the first on the team sheet for Everton. He looks so physically fit and mentally motivated at the moment.

Exactly this. Can see he gives a shit. The press/media, on the whole, miss this aspect and focus on the ‘dark arts’ of his game rather than talent and drive to win. I can see why the Everton fans loved him.
