I like Richarlison but for the rumoured prices would really be on the basis that we think his potential in a better team is higher vs buying him just to replicate his career form so far
Yep.

Mane and Salah were getting good numbers then did better on joining Liverpool. Richarlison's 1 in 3 is good. We are looking at a large outlay and will be hoping for an improvement on these numbers from him.

So if we get this over the line we’ll have signed the best player from two other premier league clubs. That’s big club behaviour. Shows some clout.

I do wonder if Conte will tone down his theatrics
I think he will but instruct him to do it when we need to run down the clock to stop play and disrupt any momentum from our opponents
He comes across as a smart player and I'm sure he'll adapt to the needs of the team
Saying that I haven't seen how he plays for Brazil and if he does it so much for them

Surely we can clinch the deal for Richalison , offer them the Sky Bridge for their new stadium ,must be worth a few million quid , we're not doing much with it :)

Kenwright and Levy had dinner together last night according to Jon Sopel (the BBC News guy), who was dining in the same restaurant and has tweeted about it

Definitely controversial! Me and @Ghost Hardware against the rest it seems…

Think those slagging off Bergwijn are forgetting that the bloke has barely played for longer than 10 mins in any of our games. Watch him for the national team and watch him in comparison to Lucas when he comes on and it’s quite clear he’s absolutely fine as a rotation option.

Would I be devastated about selling him? No. But for an extra £40m on top of whatever we get for Bergwijn I would personally want a better player than Richarlison, who I like but who has technical deficiencies, has never scored more than 13 in any of his Prem seasons and who, despite being heralded as a top CF backup for Kane, has got 3 goals in 18 playing in that position.
But he has played mostly on the wing/support striker for Everton and Watford. Only this year did he play half a season as main striker and it was in a truly awful Everton side, who’s creating for him? Iwobi, Townsend and a promising rookie in Gordon? Allan lol?

Also, 13 goals is really not bad at all in poor teams. 1 in 3 would be a very handy return for a wing forward in a good team, let alone a terrible one. Saka only had 11 last year, as did Raphinha.

And all that is just stats. Conte has identified him as his top target, for his overall profile. We know he puts himself about and runs all day long, we know he can be a talisman, and we know he can score regularly in England. Let’s see what he can do in a good side in this league.

If I were Everton and after seeing Raiphinha going to Chelsea, id increase the price.. dont think there is anywhere else we can go to to get a forward who can play across the line. WIll be interesting
