I'm a little dissapointed that the flight didn't took the path over Munich and made the flight pattern looks like a raised middle finger..

..and maybe fly over his agents house and do another one.

Co-pilot, drop the blue ice on my command!

That was my thought when I woke up to this news - the Agent wanted Bayern, but the player wanted Spurs.

That's the story I am going with, and it makes me feel better about his choice to come to London.
We don't know the fine details of this at all, the agent might just be saying it like that because not many people turn down Bayern but they're people of their word and overall Spurs will suit Dragusin better.

Watch the Transfer Window behind the scenes show and not all agents are bellends with no care in the world for their client, in this day and age if you don't put your client first they will find a different provider who will.

This feels a bit like Richarlison when Chelsea made a late move. He agreed to join us and stayed true to his word. Looks like we're signing some great characters of late.

Tbf the full quote isn't as bad as romano's cut quote

Edit - the quote for those without X

Florin Manea (Drăgușin's agent): "The decision was made this morning at 8 am. We were determined to go to Tottenham, but the offer came from Bayern, so we stopped. I was on my way to the airport. But I said we have to think carefully and evaluate. Bayern is one of the biggest clubs. I can't believe we turned Bayern down

But that's the decision. I took it with Radu and his family. I informed Bayern that this was the decision, that they came in the last meters and that it was difficult to change our decision. Maybe in the future we will get there. We are a bit mind-blown. To turn down Bayern... But it was ultimately what Radu and his family wanted. He is happy. We're going to Tottenham

Of course, Radu also thought about Bayern's offer. We made the decision in the morning. It's hard to make such a choice. Bayern strongly wanted him, but the official offer only came last night.

There was more money from Bayern , but he said that this is the right step for his career. We stayed up all night to think. I did not sleep at all. Both Napoli and AC Milan wanted him. But he dreamed of playing in the Premier League from a young age"

Very intrigued when all fit who Ange goes with now as his 1st choice CB partnership. It's an amazing problem to have and I guess a lot may depend on the opposition. Maybe he will go with 3 x CBs in some games, maybe VdV will play LB if Udogie is out or needs a rest. This signing really does give us so many options whilst also providing some much needed cover. It's certainly exciting, the squad will also probably be buzzing right now with the return of several key players and a couple of new faces. Hopefully they take that into the game Sunday before having a couple of weeks together before the next game. Squad should look extremely strong for the Brentford game. I still think we will get another 1/2 in this window if we can clear a few out. If PEH goes we will go for a midfielder and as has been mentioned, we are looking at some 18yo options so if one of those comes off, that's your 2nd. Exciting times!

I actually think Romero could also be a good option as an inverted RB if needed, along with VDV being an option to cover LB. Having 3 top quality CB options is fantastic for the squad and should really elevate Ange's options. When you consider Romero's disciplinary record on top of possible muscular injury issues it's going to be vital going forward.

I think we'll need 4 next season to compete on all fronts, but we can address that in the summer.

I went to bed assuming Bayern had the upper hand but was not certain either way.

He had a choice of Bayern who are the best side in Germany, pay more money and are in the CL every season but he wouldn't be a starter. Or us who he has every opportunity to make a 1st team place his own and play in the best league in the world.

I've nothing against Bayern so don't really get the posts attacking them. They are a big club who made an offer for an available player. Hardly makes them the devil.

And there we go.
Slightly too outspoken but agents be agents, overall not the worst quotes in the world just being honest and not burning any bridges for the future like any good agent should be tbh:

Lost in his thoughts spending all his hard-earned agent money spouting off and twerking for other clubs in Big Ange's face. Well, you get the Ange Rikishi treatment too Mr Agent, right @bomberH?

This feels like a bit of a watershed sliding doors moment to me tbh.

I think we will have really really good times under Ange and we have kind of 'made it' now.

Reaching the CL final and being in title races under Poch was step 1, step 2 is beating teams like Bayern to signings and having players like Werner come to us and say he's come to win trophies, we are now really recognised as a big club and can set a platform and foundation to ALWAYS be challenging for trophies from now on in.

Huge huge signing this for so many reasons.

Lets hope he's good :ROFLMAO: *in all seriousness he is a top top player, as I've said before outside of the PL my speciality is Serie A because of some Italian family I follow it pretty closely and Dragusin is a real top talent* huge credit Fabio, Ange, Lange, Levy etc.

I feel like Ange would be more of a Big Show chokeslam kind of a guy than a Rikishi bum in the face but either to his agent would be great, or Romero comes in with a stone cold stunner.

Just hope that he turns out to fulfil his potential, as to have 3 CBs of great quality with years left on the clock is not a situation I can recall us ever being in. 2, sure, but never depth of real quality like this could transpire to be.

Actual squad building ffs. Finally.

I have hated Bayern since the arrogant Uli Hoeness and Franz Beckenbauer made condescending remarks about us, after signing Jürgen Klinsmann in 1995.

I have not liked Bayern since I went there in 1982 for the 2nd leg of a Euro Cup Winners Cup and we lost 4-1

Saw none of the goals. The old Olympic Stadium was fogbound. Long 24 hour coach trip for that one.

Plenty of chuckles before during and after in the company of many friends, some of those stories are still discussed on our meet ups.
