Ange quite clearly said he wants a CB early in the window not later on in the window where it could cost us points we have 2 league fixtures in January 14th and 31st so it's pretty clear in my opinion what he's saying. If you want to be pedantic then no he didn't say those exact words. Did he imply it? In my opinion yes heavily on multiple occasions.
