I’d say intensive talking is shouting. Literally shouting at each other over a transfer.

I don't watch SSN for transfer information but did put it on yesterday for a while. I pretty soon realised their job is not to give information but to spin the story out as long as they can to keep you coming back so I chose to ignore what they said about this deal.

Yep, stopped watching it years ago because of this. They also have sky bet where you can bet on transfers that they “report” on. Doesn’t seem quite right.

Tottenham and Sporting continue intensive Porro talks

Tottenham and Sporting Lisbon will continue talks today over a deal for Pedro Porro.
Intensive negotiations continued on Thursday and into the late evening.
Spurs are frustrated at Sporting dragging out negotiations.
Sky Sports News understands Spurs are prepared to meet Sporting’s financial demands.
However, Sporting are still not keen to sell him in this transfer window.
He has a £39m (€45m) release clause in his contract.

Yeh, we're going to 'meet resistance' until just after the Portuguese League Cup Final that we seem to have agreed with Sporting that he can play in. Shortly after that there will be a 'breakthrough', and he'll be on a flight into Luton.
