2 “tier 1” journalists Nicolo Schira and Pedro Almeida says it is a done deal. Is it really done but not official?

Yep, stopped watching it years ago because of this. They also have sky bet where you can bet on transfers that they “report” on. Doesn’t seem quite right.I don't watch SSN for transfer information but did put it on yesterday for a while. I pretty soon realised their job is not to give information but to spin the story out as long as they can to keep you coming back so I chose to ignore what they said about this deal.

Tottenham and Sporting Lisbon will continue talks today over a deal for Pedro Porro.
Intensive negotiations continued on Thursday and into the late evening.

Sky Sports News understands Spurs are prepared to meet Sporting’s financial demands.
However, Sporting are still not keen to sell him in this transfer window.
He has a £39m (€45m) release clause in his contract.
