If this does happen, it'll be torture to not be able to go and watch him.
Mate, it's going to take a while. There is just so much stuff that needs doing, the board are likely having a long drawn out meeting right at this moment brainstorming ideas for the announcement video. This information then needs to get approval from Jose before negotiations on the content of the video can begin with Bale, hopefully we can come to an agreement on the announcement some time in the next few days.Hurry up Bale and sign!
I already missing my generic alphabet W as my avatar
Love that the Manchester evening news are saying "United make right decision not to sign Bale" despite them yesterday offering to better any deal we offer him.
They were told in no uncertain terms he wasn't interested.

I think fans generally have no comprehension of how hard it is to physically do a transfer announcement.

Biggest shame for me is he won't be able to make his debut in front of 60k at the new stadium. That would have been something else when he walked out for the first time there.
I long for the era when announcement videos weren't a thing

I thought it was only a limit on loans from other premier League teams? So intrigued if it’s the loan or no fee permanent deal. Loan is great financially, but the permanent would allow us to loan in someone else, which could be huge for the striker situation...
The announcement is simple a picture of Gareth sprinting arms out wide in the new kit on the same screen in times square as he was on when he left us...… with the words he was born to play for Spurs.
It was a jokeI sincerely doubt negotiations with Bale are contingent on board ratification of announcement video styles on twitter and Mourinho's veto over them. But then again I'm very naive.
First time on this delightful forum for over 5 years. What have I missed?
