Please tell me you say half this crap for the sole purpose of attempting to get a rise out people...

as much as you would like that to be true it isnt the case - Sissoko will be much more effective than Lamela imo and should start ahead of him. Its pretty simple really not sure why people struggle with the concept

Don't think Lamela should be benched for any of our signings this window, just now at least.

Would rather see Sissons in for Wanyama or Dier in the next match to give us a better balance in cm.

All I and Eriksen might be more worried they won't get a start with the way they they are playing

Franky, you have an unhealthy hatred of Lamela. Might want to do something about that. May I recommend a shrink

no hatred, simply dont rate him - wonder why its so difficult for some to appreciate that
Because it boarders on delusional and you take EVERY opportunity to slate him. Oh and you also only pop in when Lamela makes a mistake or doesnt do well and never anytine else. I understand you're trolling with this but it goes beyond not rating someone.

not true - I said he has improved since he arrived and also said he scored a very good header at Everton.

Lamela's class. This will be his best season yet and you can see the intensity he brings to our team rubs off. That and his creativity and dribbling. He's the last person who should be dropped.

Sissoko will come in for Wanyama or Dier. I'd like to see what a Sissoko - Wanyama pivot can do as they have dynamism about them - plus Sissoko has the ability to charge with the ball at speed and with great balance. That said Dier will likely be picked to have someone to put their foot on the ball and not lose possession.

Why do you believe Lamela should be dropped against Stoke, and not Alli or Eriksen, who have been shit?

because he offers very little in the final third and Sissokos strong running both with and without the ball in wide areas will be an asset away from home at a usually difficult place to go - both Alli and Eriksen, whilst I agree are not bang at it currently, have that ability to create something for themselves or others. Lamela basically constantly flatters to deceive he needs much much more end product than he has delivered over a two plus year period

Interesting that you make the point about Lamela's end product.

Lamela scored against Everton

Lamela's corner led to the goal against Palace.

Lamela got the assist for the goal against Liverpool.

Alli and Eriksen have done nothing so far.

Despite how poor Eriksen has been, it's hard to see us dropping him as he does offer us something genuinely different. Same applies to Lamela, in a way. Both of them possess that little bit of skill, craft, guile and eye for a pass that would be missing from the team if they were dropped. I do think they are different enough from each other to make it worth while having both of them in the team so I wouldn't drop either of them. Not right now anyway. Not unless Eriksen's form really continues to plummet.

As you rightly point out, we should change either Dier or Wanyama for Sissoko for better balance. But Sissoko could compete with Alli for a starting position too, and this could well be the case when Dembele returns.

really claiming end product for Palace goal - i mean really?
Alli set up Janssen for the sitter he missed
did he really get assist for a header that could have gone anywhere?
he did give a penalty away for another reckless challenge, thats definitive end product

Just another point- you know Lamela got the same number of goals and assists as Alli last season? And before you say 'Europa League' - 5 of his 6 goals in the EL were against Monaco and Fiorentina.

Yes, Lamela's corner does count as end product considering Eriksen's corners can be crap most of the time.

Yes, he got the assist for Rose's goal. Without Lamela's desire to get into the box, that goal doesn't happen.

Yes, he gave away a penalty against Liverpool, and he shouldn't have touched him, but at least he was tracking back. It led to goal, but Coutinho's golden chance came as a direct result of Eriksen failing to control the ball. If Eriksen had given away the penalty, would you have had a go at him (of course you wouldn't have, because he's not Lamela)

I really pity you! Lamela will always start with Poch in charge. He has improved by leaps and bounds and will continue to improve with the players now he has around him.

you cant compare PL goals to EL goals - PL much harder to come by.
Eriksen was given a crap pass by Verts for the Coutinho chance so not his fault
Eriksen didnt give away the penalty, so its a bit of if my Aunt had ........ conversation. That said if his tackling was as bad as Lamelas then yes I would call him on it.

Why you hating on Eriksen, not cool at all
