Harry was scoring at all his loan clubs, I think he was top scorer at Millwall so the comparison doesn't really work. Hopefully he will get proper coaching when he gets back and we'll get a better idea.
Scarlett needs to make the same deal that Harry did with the football gods. Go to Old Trafford, clear the ball to Row Z and spit on yourself and they'll help you become a world class striker.

We really are having some rotten luck aren't we? Veliz out and now Scarlett- both of whom would have had a brilliant opportunity over the next month to get some minutes from the bench.

Well, at least we have Timo now. Feel more sorry for Dane though considering it was an ideal opportunity to get some minutes, as you say. Sometimes careers are made or lost on these opportunities.

Not at Leicester and Norwich . Played midfield for Millwall , young player of the year, not top scorer.
He looked nothing like a prem lge striker at 19, sheer hard work to go with his undoubted talent Got him there.

Spare a thought for Scarlett now that Ipswich and Portsmouth have secured promotion. I’m sure he felt hard done by during and after both loans, but the managers were evidently right not to pick him. Securing loans at a promotion winning team must be the dream for a young attacking player especially, so it’s pretty disappointing that he didn’t play any part in either success.

What’s worse is that he’s come back to Spurs and has seen the next up and comer who’s 4 years younger overtake him in the pecking order, and now it seems that we’ll spend big money on another striker this summer. He must be feeling that he’s missed his chance.
