Weren’t we rumored to be interested in Chukwuemeka in a swap deal for Etete at one point? That being said, I do hope we give him a fair shot at being something for us before we permanently move him on.

Would be rash if we sold Kion at this point. Unless he wants out and feels he's ready for 1st team football, I think another loan next season to a Championship team would make sense for his development. If transfermarkt is to be trusted, his contract expires in May 2023, so if we can't agree on an extension, then I can see the club looking to move him on permanently.

I'm tweeting Suzie Dent to find out if that's a real word.

Agree completely.

Not even the distant future, what do we have beyond Kane & Son? The answer is, pretty much fuck all!

We have a decent amount of "potential" between Parrott, Scarlett and Donley, with Parrott being the most realistic option as a backup CF. Unless he absolutely impresses Conte during the pre-season, I fear that Troy will be loaned out again. So, we'll need to invest in player who can step in for Kane and Son, my money is on Charles De Keteleare. Would've loved Alvarez but CDK would be a terrific alternative.

I played him as a defensive midfielder in FM. Does he play as a forward now?

Had extreme flexibility

I might have this wrong, but I think he was injured, and came back at the weekend.

Might have just been so he didn't play too many games so soon after coming back

Dream Scenario: Would love if somehow Etete and Parrott were loaned out to the same club next season. Preferably a Championship club. Maybe if MK Dons get promoted to the Championship, we can convince them that Etete would be a great foil for Parrott.

Let them try to establish something like a Crouchie/ Defoe duo.

Team news for the last game had him as 'definitely miss out because of injury." But made the bench

Looks like we are making the call on his fitness. Team news Vs MK Dons (18th March)
Kion Etete is facing a race to be fit with parent club Tottenham Hotspur set to make a decision on his fitness

Nothing on what the issue was
