I find it difficult to believe that with a top psychologist that he couldn’t manage what ever is going on in his head. For me it’s a question of does he want to improve.

All this for a challenge that wasn't a red card?

i get people want to jump all over Romero as he has previous but that wasn't a red card challenge.

Neville and his dopey oooohhhh, he even said "He has gone over the top of the ball" during the commentary which never happened at all.

Romero needs to use his brain more but that wasn't a red card.

Is this not going a bit far?
He's not the first aggressive player and he won't be the last, he's not a mentalist for crying out loud.

I have a question, did sky show the challenge Thiago Silva did on Romero?

During the Chelsea match of course

He's a front foot, aggressive defender. That is it. Put the doll away, his daddy didn't touch him anywhere.

You can be aggressive without being reckless.
Absolutely this. He needs to find a balance between controlled aggression and recklessness.

He is immense but if he is out for a number of games every season we never get a settled partnership and in the current situation it really impacts the team as we don't have the depth to not see a noticeable drop off in our defensive performance.

He has to negotiate 2 more games I think without a yellow card to avoid a one game suspension so let's see.........

Good interview on SSN yesterday morning. Porro and Bryan Gil with Jamie Weir, covers spurs for Sky and spoke fluent Spanish to them for the full interview. Jamie admitted to being a spurs fan.
Asked them regarding the number of Spanish speakers in the squad and who was the leader.
They both looked at each other and laughed. Cuti was the reply.

His last season in Italy he got over 30 bookings in 38 games , never sent off, so he can do it.
No doubt Chelsea targeted him, Thiago Silva flattened him with a shoulder charge.

Wonder how long to Cuti gets his booking. I'm sure Everton will target him to get sent off as they will be aware that the refs seems to be harsh on any 50/50 tackle spurs make.
