Well, we still call the shots and can decide at what price we sell or even if we sell at all to ManU.

All true about him and yanited. Been burning for a while!...

If Levy doesn't replace him with both BF and GLC, I suspect people will pretty pissed off. But then, if goalposts are constantly being moved shouldn't we have taken the hint and moved on? I swear, every transfer window we keep dawdling. When it comes to transfers Levy really does live off the reputation of the VDV transfer, I honestly feel he doesn't deserve the hype in that regards. For everything else, he is amazing.

Disappointed we'd even consider dealing with them after they've refused to let us near their players (i.e. Martial)

Weak mentality from both Eriksen and the club. Our 200k/week contract must have not have been enough for Chris. Greedy bastard. I'd rather sell him oversees for less.

Thanks for the info though Herc! Love the ITK, good, bad and in between.

He's obviously pissed off some people at the club and we want him gone.

It's an absolute step down for him to go to United.

He should have signed that new contract - I doubt it's still on the table now, but if it is and we are still open to keeping him (I don't believe for a second Poch isn't) we need him to stay.

Literally selling our best attacking midfielder to a rival ffs...I thought this was behind us.

Step down - Behave. Would be going to arguably the biggest club in the world, certainly the biggest in this country. We really seem to think we are bigger than we really are, don't we. We are not on the same level as Man Utd in any possible measurement other than we finished above them last season (and since OGS was there, they still got roughly 15 more points than us).
Quick question Geprge, What have we won in history, or even say last 10 years or last 5 years, Compare that to Man Utd

Let him go and get the most we can at this point. Invest in lo celso and Fernandez and we move on. You can’t keep players who don’t want to stay - we’ve lost Berbatov, Modric and Bale for similar reasons in a fairly short period and still progressed; with astute investment and Poch at the helm, we will continue to move forward.

Thanks Herc and to all of the ITKers. If i remember correctly, Daniel doesn't have a soft spot for Man U. It's not my money but i'd hope we would rather forgo an extra 10 or 20M from Man U to sell him somewhere on the continent after the close of the window. It's a tough call as he might leave on a free, but strengthening one of your direct rivals for the CL spots could be a very costly decision.

We would ABSOLUTELY sell to Manure - £40-£50m you would have to do it.
Yup I think we don't have much of a choice to be honest. I say we let him go and rinse Utd for as much cash as possible.

However, it's imperative that we reinvest that cash on TWO players in his position or else we'll have moved backwards and will have a fight on our hands for top 4.

they're bigger, I genuinely believe we're better. quite clearly not the elite cub he was hoping for.

If United get him for 50/60m, they're getting an unbelievable deal for one of the best CAMs in the league for the past 5 years.

Yep, but I’m sure we’ll get a load of bollocks spoken about how he’s not really all that. Doesn’t turn up for big games etc.

Truth is we’d have had put pants pulled down again by Utd.

It’s strange. CL qualification is worth more then 50 mil. That’s his value to us! Unless he’s really burnt his bridges.
