Playing every minute of every game at present and still as dependable as ever, an unsung hero.

If Ben had pace I think he would be one of the top 5 left backs in the world, alas he doesn’t but still makes the very most of what he can offer
Come on. You’re basically begging for the “wtf” ratings

Jose needs to play safe with Sergio as he was injured for a long time. I think Davies deputised very well yesterday. That side of the pitch was not our problem. Being positive Reggie is nicely rested and ready to storm the Palace on Sunday. Vamos!
I disagree. His poor passing is such a problem. He had the third worst passing percentage of any outfield player, 10 percentage points worse than any other defender. Him losing the ball so much continues to put us on defense. I don't know when it got this bad.

His one move is to open his body up and boot it down the line. If Son doesn’t get a hold of it then it comes straight back. Some posters will tell you he’s as good technically as prime Rose was and that if he was athletic he’d be one of the best full backs in the world though. Give me a break.

No one would ever say that, at all.

I'm not a massive fan of Davies but I think he is a good honest solid pro, lacking a bit of pace. What I am surprised hasn't been picked up is his positioning when we play the ball out from the back. He always seems to be right with his back on the touchline which limits his options of passing down the line or dribbling past an opponent down the line. If he received the ball a bit further inside he would have more options than just a square pass or playing back where it came from.

Not many players I respect more in the squad than Ben Davies. Top professional and he'll never give you less than 100%.

He's not good enough and we need to move on, but I'll always respect him and his service to the club.

I absolutely agree with this, but I'd also like to keep him as a reliable LB and LCB back-up. Exactly for the reasons you listed.
