If Dybala and GLC happen - I think a setup like

---Son -- Dybala
----Kane----
GLC ---- Ndombele
---- Winks -----
Rose -- JV - Toby --- KWP
------ Hugo ----------

would be very lethal.

So good. Then you see KWP. Not that I don’t believe in him but it’s glaringly obvious that’s a huge weakness.

Other than the dream scenario of multiple quality signings I think the more realistic likelihood given our targets would be:

Priority 1 - Dybala
Priority 2 - Coutinho or Lo Celso or Fernandes
Priority 3 - Sessegnon
Priority 4 - Right back

I’d wager on Dybala, Lo Celso, Sessegnon and a RB if Aurier leaves.

This window is either going to be fantastic, very good or a disaster.
How is that realistic and not a dream scenario. That would be bloody magic.

I don't know what's real anymore Kane CAM? Let's turn the most lethal CF of the past 5 years in to an attacking midfielder?!?!?

TBF Kane already drops deep and has shown an eye for a killer pass. It's less Kane as a CAM and more Kane as the most withdrawn FWD in that attacking trio. Can you imagine how hard it would be to have to keep any eye on Son, Dybala and then potentially Kane who can ghost in and score or play a killer pass to the other two? :playful:

Would be an amazing signing, I would say a strong contender for the best player in the prem possibly.

Hope this pans out. This team would fight for the title I believe.

Rose would start at LB then davies. Sess isn’t ready yet to play as a LB and be trusted. Left wing back maybe but he’s going to have to get coached into the defensive responsibilities.

I see it more as Kane and dybala up top with winks at base ndombele/Lo celso on sides of the diamond and Dele at the top but all wishful thinking and conjecture at this point. Who knows!

Yeah, I see your point and you're possibly right, I just feel he could do a Dele and surprise a lot of people.

Don't get me wrong, I actually think Rose is a great LB on his day but it seems he has lost a bit of passion for it and its reflected in his football. I would love to be wrong on that or proven wrong this season by him.

I say all this and we haven't even signed sess.. all this applies IF we get him HAHA(y)

The Argentinian is earning more than £300,000 a week at Juventus before tax and would not want to earn less at Spurs. A further complication is his image rights, which are expensive, as well as agents’ fees of up to £12m.

Is the reported salary correct? ?

No. It's mostly reported that it's somewhere around half that.

Only an observation regarding the recent ITK from Rebrab....I believe (don't shoot me if I'm wrong) regarding a new formation this upcoming season, particularly the 4-3-3 above.....

It's very very similar to the Liverpool attacking formation which was extremely successful and lethal last year. ND is going to be absolutely pivotal in our execution/passing forward with pace next year... Pochettino must be licking is lips IF DL can pull this off by Thursday.

Exciting times ahead for our Lilywhites!!

Be Brave Daniel. Be Berry Berry Brave!!
