Our form against teams in the bottom of the league is what cost us 4th, home and away.

The lack of goals put our defence under greater pressure though. If the strikers score a couple of goals early, the defence comes under less pressure and probably concede less. If we were scoring more, I think you could take 4 or more goals off the goals against column.

I know what you are saying, but you could equally say that our conceding silly goals put our attack under pressure. I believe our strength lies in midfield, where we failed to make the most of our more defensive players. Our strikeforce on the hand is rather limited in terms of quality. In short, what I am saying we should have played to our strengths.
