Debating with work colleagues over who has the best individuals:

Assuming everyone is fit and on top form...

Neither of those teams are worthy of having any of our players.

Terry over a fully fit king?

Agree with the rest.

The point I was mostly trying to make is King is pretty much never fully fit and I think that has to be taken into account even in a pointless hypothetical situation like this.

Talent wise I feel King is the superior player but as an overall assest to a team King simply doesn't get enough game time so for that reason alone I picked Terry and probably would even have selected Ferdinand ahead of him.

You agree with him omitting VDV?? You'd rather have Rooney or Nani over VDV?

Nutcases...

I prefer VDV, in actual fact I would/should have selected him in right midfield.

BUt although I dislike Rooney and he has not been at his best recently over the last two seasons he has been won of the best players in the world so I think he is justified a place in that line up.

Danielneeds, I normally agree with your comments however your preference for Fabregas over Modric surprises me as IMHO Luka is a far more industrious player and equally as skilfull, he just doesn't know it yet jejejejeje
Hopefully more playing time in the Champions will boost his confidence enough for him to fulfill his potential and hopefully have more cracks on goal, which, up to now, is where he let's himself down in any comparison with Fabregas

Blinkered.

Fabregas is both (amazingly) younger and better than Modric. He is, along with Essien, the best CM in the prem.
