Great bit of business if it happens, though it would be a shame to see him go as he has had some great matches for us

He is a quality player and he had a big role in our successes last season, without him and Bentley we would have really struggled with the injuires to Modric and Lennon.

He needs regular football though as he never looks as good playing mins here and there (not in our league anyway, he always seems to look great at international level)

I think he would be a good signing for any PL club if they have space to use him, at Chelsea it's a tough one as he could easily go the same way as Benayoun...good player bad match, without playing time in the starting line up it's hard to get the best out of them.

If we could get £6m for him and use the money plus the loan and sale of Bentley and KEane money to bring in a Saurez (or right now any striker who can add something to our squad) it would be a good window.

Chelsea forum fans thinking were total Dumbarses if we let him go, and I agree. Short sighted, The guy is excellent, He was the difference between us and Palace XI. He just needs some more playing time in the Premier. Which will be difficult of course.. But if anyone else comes in and we let him go!. They will get far more out of him then we can at the moment. So I'm going to be a selfish Yid, And say keep him, You never know what can happen to any of our players.
