I think Poch has got 2 or 3 games to get some positive results. I say that on the basis that if he doesn't we'll be in the relegation zone.

I still hope Poch can do it, but if he can't my choice would be Ten Haag or Rogers.

Imagine the look on Vertonghen’s face when tactics Tim walks into the dressing room on the first day back on the job

Please not Rogers. He’s not built that team at Leicester at all. He inherited it and plenty were commenting on how great their transfer business had been in the past 2-3 years.

He’s doing well with them but I think plenty would do just as well with them players. If anything we should look at their scouts. They have a clear idea on what the side needs. Leicester’s key is their balance. Fantastic balance throughout and full of players who compliment each other.

Plus he’s a fukcing weirdo. He’s weird enough to consider leaving them for us I guess!

Laughable some of the names posters want as the next Spurs Manager. Which top Manager is going to give us a second look when our Transfer funds are so limited ?

Don’t disagree, but you can have all the good scouts you want, but if a) the manager decides wrongly they are not good enough or b) the board won’t be decisive enough in bringing them in then it won’t help.

With respect, your comment betrays a small club mentality, and a small club we are definitely not.

Firstly, I wouldn't mind betting if the Tottenham job came up for grabs there'd be a long line of managers both here and abroad queueing up for consideration. We are a Champions League side (or at least we were up until this season started). D'oh!!

Second, how do you know our transfer funds are so limited? You could only say that with confidence if you were a close business ally of Daniel Levy. Are we one of the financially doped clubs? Absolutely not, but we're a long way from being skint. The club has always said, if the right players become available, the money would be there, and let's not forget how close we came this summer to signing Dybala from Juventus, having agreed the transfer fee.

We can agree a fee with as many right players as we like but when we don't match what they command in wages they ain't joining us

I keep hearing this week after week. For me the "performance" we showed against Brighton after getting murdered by Bayern was enough.

And it's not so much about the results and more the fact we simply look shit that is the issue.

After reading about him this season, talking his side up and finally getting to watch it yesterday, I’d put Chris Wilder on the list. If he can get that group of players to play like that and be fifth in the league on the back of it then he should be an option.

Yup and we’ve looked shit for 12 months. We were scraping results that kept us above water last year, but the rot set into this team long before the beginning of this season.

I hate to say it, but I think Poch is here for the season. The last international break was the right time to replace him, but we didn't which leads me to believe that Levy really is going to stand by his man.

I say this as someone who likes Poch, but lets face it, we are on the slide and have been for too long.

TBH, I am always wary for such managers who suddenly shot to fame in a season. Give him a few more to prove himself first! I remembered Sean Dyche was fantastic a few seasons back too. He's still managing Burnley afterall.
