Just to follow-up on what I posted earlier, for those who are perhaps too busy to go looking for it, this is the clip I'm talking about. If i was a player, I'd bloody LOVE to play for this guy. It's drive, drive, drive, but everything is shot through with enthusiasm. I'd imagine that he's very much like Arne Slot (my second choice). Slot has been quoted as saying something close to 'players can only be as good as the team'. And, as down about some of our squad as other folk, I still think there's mileage to draw out of some of them.

Big Ange doesn't have a fixed backroom staff that move with him. From Australia to Japan to Celtic he has worked with coaches already in place. He's very keen to promote young coaches, adds to his staff as required & gives them a lot of responsibility on the training pitches.

If Mason & Wells are as highly respected behind the scenes by players & club management, bringing in Big Ange would be a great way to keep them at the club whilst also allowing them gain more experience.

Is it just me or is anyone else feeling quite positive and excited for where we are headed?

The last few years have been so poor to watch (bar a few matches), I'm personally really encouraged by the type of names we are being linked with for these roles at the club. It's encouraging to me and i'm excited for what it could look like next season.

I guess it depends how positive or negative you choose to be about things. I choose to be positive.

The Nagelsmann thing actually makes sense.

Sounds like he was insisting on a certain DOF and to be fair to the club it isn't healthy for a manager to have that much power he can choose his own boss, so we walked away. The stupidity was that press statement.

We should be now choosing the DOF and that person should have a major say. If it's someone who wants Nagelsmann why not let them talk to see if it works? He is the most qualified candidate afterall.

Yeah was thinking something somewhat similar.

1. Either Matt Law doesn’t actually know at all and is likely just assuming the Steidten links means we could go back in for Nagelsmann.

2. Or potentially Spurs leaking the news originally was a ploy to call out Nagelsmann’s bluff that he’d only sign with his exact DOF of preference.

If that was the case, then it would probably be the only thing that would make the club leaking the news actually make some bit of sense!

Donna, surely you have some work to do, eg. Help sack the little bald one sitting next to you.

Its why they should have been putting all energy into a DOF and only sounding out coaches at this point in preparation.

You're ruling people out or advancing people who the DOF may or may not think are the best choice

Tottenham Hotspur executive director Donna-Maria Cullen is pushing for the appointment of Brendan Rodgers as the club’s new manager.

🤚However Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is against the hiring of Rodgers, who was sacked by Leicester City.

Source may be questionable but this wouldn’t surprise me at all. She’s a huge part of the problem at our club.

I’d not be surprised in the slightest if we went back for him after appointing a DoF, however I’d be very very very surprised if Nagelsnann even picked up the phone.
Then he can fuck off. A jobless bum who can't even be arsed to pick up the phone. Fuck that dude

I did say on Friday night that maybe the club hasn’t talked directly with Nagelsmann yet. Where was this official briefing from and to whom? If he ends up being Spurs manager (as if!) then someone will look a fraction silly.

Exactly, I don't see anything wrong with Levy laying out a remit to the DOF, we need a reset, we want a return to a similar style of football as we had under MP and then let them do the due diligence and overall process.

May be? The source is complete horseshit and you know it.

But that’s not gonna stop you sticking the boot in anyway.

It’s clickbait bullshit designed to wind up spurs fans. It’s well known Cullen is unpopular among the fan base, shark face too. So it’s so easy for this kind of “source” to hook fans in who are desperate for another thing to rage about.

With very good reason to be fair and this wouldn’t surprise me at all.

You’re letting your dislike for her completely blind you to the fact that this is a completely made up article, written by someone who’s as close to the situation as Mr fucking Bean.

I say go for that bald guy from Holland.
Or anyone that is bald. Bald guys like Zidane, Pep, Spalleti,.Ten Hag and even Conte. They are all winners,

Even among chairmans, the bald guy, is probably the best Chairman.

We cant go wrong with a bald manager.
Have to agree as my hairstyle is exactly the same as Mr. Slot 😁
