Just to add another guess to the guessiest thread I’ve seen for a while, I’d contend it has probably taken some time behind the scenes to simultaneously agree a billion settlement agreements with his entourage of coaches and assistants.
If they’re all leaving now!? Can we see a situation just like when Conte was on Medical leave with Stellini and Mason running the show. Just without Antonio’s input?

It’ll have to be announced today or tomorrow I imagine as Conte should/would be back.

I’m at the stage of let’s just get it done and announced so we can move forward

The thought of locked this thread as soon as the next patsy is revealed is making me wet.

My target time is 6.75 seconds after it’s announced. No guarantees

Which means he’s still officially our manager until a statement has been made.
I think you're overestimating our importance in what makes it official or not. Is his employment status dictated by what the club does or doesn't say on Twitter? A signing becomes "official" as soon as the club announces it but it's the "pen on paper" bit that actually makes it official. Conte could've officially left his post days ago for all we know.

Ladies and gentlemen! If any of you think that any scenario other than Mason taking charge until the end of the season is going to happen, you can't have supported spurs for long.

Let's face it, Mason will be in charge, then we'll get whoever is left over in the summer managerial merry-go-round.

Levy can't scratch his arse without having to think about it for a month or so first.

I'm sorry for my pessimist attitude, but spurs have finally broken me! I'm now a realist 😔
Welcome, trust me, this is the first step towards healing.

Seems like the departure(s) are a done deal, but not yet in the public domain. Just a case of nailing down what comes next so the announcement of that can follow immediately. Announce you’ve sacked your entire coaching team with no replacement identified looks like you are completely winging it. However, announce the staff are gone, clear explanation of why, and layout a plan of what comes next, and visually it looks much more considered, and not just a blind panic reaction.
When you look at how quick BM pulled the trigger and then bought Tuchel in, it’s clear it can be done, so given the number of high profile candidates currently not in a job that could have been bought in instantly, maybe they are not on our priority list, unless perhaps some are but don’t want to come mid season. Seems we were talking to Tuchel, who based on his quick move now you’d assume would have taken over instantly, but BM’s move has ended that avenue. Doesn’t feel like it’s going to be Poch, or even Enrique. Gallardo feels like he’s not quite the experience profile the club are looking at. Nagelsmann seems like a perfect storm. Becomes available short notice, but you’d guess he’s going to be massively in demand. Young, progressive/innovative coaching style, played good front foot football, had Hoffenheim and RBL punching above their weight. Also had elite club exposure at Bayern, and can’t exactly say he’s failed, they won their title first season, this year whilst the squad is evolving, losing Lewandoski who has been a talisman for them and scored most of their goals for years, is like us facing life after Kane, and yet still they still in the hunt on all fronts. If Levy can convince him of our ambitions and limitations, I do still see us as appealing. Phenomenal stadium, state of the art training facilities, and some very talented players to hand. It feels like a good step for him, back to a level where he’ll be able to mould and shape the squad to his vision, without the intense expectation that comes with the Bayern role, you must win everything, by a mile, and how they want it done. The Bayern directors seem far more influential. Spurs will be a good fit for him to get back to what made him so well respected at Hoffenheim and RBL. If we have to wait for the summer, so be it. Equally if we fall out of top 4 and have to have a season in Europa that may also allow a little extra freedom to go back to basics. I don’t see it affecting recruitment that much, as looking at young players with potential to fit JN’s ethos will be easier to attract than finished articles that Conte and Mourinho preferred. Having Nagelsmann in place will also be a draw, coming to be part of a project to get us back to where we have been and beyond that to the next level.
Hopefully a case of when this can get done, not if. Ideally straight away, but equally signed up to start in the summer works for me. I do feel if we get Nagelsmann it may also prompt a change of DoF, wouldn’t be surprised to see us try and get Ragnick to leave his job with Austria given their past connection. Or I’m sure there was a link to Tim Steidten last week, albeit that may have just been guesswork on here not actual firm link in the media, can’t remember. Axing the Italian connection and going all in for team Germany in Ragnick and Nagelsmann seems a little rip it up and start again, however it would present us with an elite setup probably more aligned with our limitations of board backing, a DoF known for promising talent recruitment and also wider footballing structure implementation, and a manager known for player development.

And un-locked 6.75 seconds after our first loss in pre-season where Winks under-hits a lazy back pass, in doing so, Sanchez (stand in cpt) brings down his man for a last minute penalty and red card.

Converted by Jan Venegor of Hesselink as we lose 0.1 to a German 2nd div side.

“Nagelsman OUT” the baying community scream.

But then speculation would run a mock. There are official channels and procedures for a reason.

Shutting down mindless gossip and speculation is part of that reason.

Ffs. “Haven’t been told publicly” because it ISN’T official (yet).

If he has been sacked then I am shocked it hasn't been broken through the Italian sources.

I think they are still negotiating the severance package.
