Yeah Conte is gone which is why I disagree with the post. I'm also under the impression Nagelsmann is the top target and currently most likely but I hadn't heard Galtier mentioned at all.

Poch has never been near the top of the list from my angle due to what I've posted about him so I couldn't agree with the part about him dropping down the list.

And regarding the part about if Nagelsmann won't take it now we wouldn't be willing to wait until the Summer and would give it Galtier instead, that just makes absolutely zero sense to me. If Nagelsmann is your top target, and you're going to wait to employ someone else until the Summer but not be prepared to wait for your top target, how does that make sense?
Could it be mate that if Nagelsmann won't take it now we won't risk losing him to real Madrid or psg (which would free up Galtier). Assume board would accept Nagelsmann starting in summer but subject to signed contract now.

Can anyone provide the latest ITK please from today

Thanks
Only things agreed on:

Conte won’t manage another match for us.

Board doesn’t trust Mason to lead us the rest of the way.

Nagelsmann first choice.

Poch down the list.

But you could agree a deal now with him taking over once the season has finished and he's had a little break surely?! In which case, you have zero risk of losing him to another team. I actually think he would go straight into another job with us, but it's not an ideal situation to come into really.

Right that’s what I think Dragon was saying though, that we want him to agree now (regardless of if he comes now or summer) and don’t want to risk waiting to the summer only to lose him to someone else.

Well if I've misread that then that's my bad and I'll hold my hands up. The way I read it was as stated in my post which literally makes zero sense.

If the club do indeed try for JN and failing that they move for Galtier, it just shouts zero planning or direction. I would be hoping for solid links to managers who employ a similar system.

Surely we wouldn’t say no to Nagelsmann if he said he wanted to join in the summer. Would be idiotic if true.

The only way I can make it make sense is if Levy has said to Paratici, ‘I want Nagelsmann, but if he says no, you are free to hire who you want’ and Paratici likes Galtier.
But if that’s the case, it’s bonkers.

Interesting comments by Kimmich and Goretzka after the Germany game. They are both usually pretty honest and fast forward with their interviews and both gave the impression they disagreed with the Bayern board that they had a personal issue with Julian. They rather seemed surprised and felt guilty themselves and praised him as one of the best coaches they had.

Well if JN joins here they can feel free to follow.

Any defensive manager (like Galtier) will immediately be on the wrong side of 99% of the fan base. Paratici can’t be that daft can he? *checks the cv’s of the manager from the last search*
Oh no.

I think you've misread it or I have. There have been loads of names put forward including Galtier so depending who you talk to they'll have a different name to give you.

As for Naglesmann my understanding is that if he agrees to come be it now(preferably) or in the Summer he's the one. If he says he needs time to consider his options we move on asap.

Apologies if posted, had a look and couldn't see it:
From Dragon1 on COYS:

They are struggling to agree compensation with conte that’s why he has not been sacked but they want him gone
possibility of stellini to end of season if conte is ok with his friend and assistant staying

I appreciate my last post said mason would be caretaker but board are now concerned it may be to much for him as we are still fighting for fourth but could still happen

Poch has gone down pecking order I do not know why

favorites are now Nagelsman or the former nice coach now in charge of psg

the managers my previous post alluded to were the sporting and feyernord managers , they like the Brighton manager but he has only had one great season at Brighton

for me if nagelsman agrees to come now he will get it if we have to wait to summer it will be the current Paris manager

if those two pass and the crowd get behind Poch I can still see him happening ahead of the others
Current PSG manager is making pochettino’s reign in Paris look like a master class so no idea why the man who we are trying to replace and is available is for some reason down the order.

Hoping Galtier’s name is only being floated (and not actually in contention) so that if JN doesn’t come the eventual hire will have “at least it isnt Galtier” as a backstop.
