Has there been any murmurings on what the opening ceremony will entail?

Can't see it being overly detailed/intricate or pitch based given that the 30 minutes preceding the match will have the players warming up (rightly so..)

Any news on the new spurs app? I've not seen any info anywhere?

I was testing it on Saturday and it worked like a charm. Logged in, my ticket appeared on the ticket page with three QR codes on it and the handheld scanner and the turnstile both read it without any issue.
Notifications are working.
You need to keep bluetooth switched on if you want to use the wayfinding.
Only downsides I've found so far are that:
a) It doesn't remember your login details so you have to log in each time you open the app
b) I have two CRNs as I have a season ticket and premium seats and the app doesn't support having multiple accounts you have to log out and log in with different details.

No idea when it's being officially released but it feels ready to me.

Certainly going to help the club monitor how many people are using the ST’s. Cause them slight alarms when people are entering the stadium using a variety of hand held devices for the same CRN etc.

As a beta that maybe why it doesn't save your login. Only a theory, but let's see how the release version does with it.

Don't see an issue, especially with it on the artificial pitch. Won't affect the football side, and generates more income and more exposure to the ground. Win/win. People will moan that the money won't be spent on investing the squad, but it is still income nonetheless.

Find it encouraging that sports events are looking to use the ground, NFL, then Eddie Hearne said he was keen for a boxing event to take place and now this.

That gives me hope for WWE to maybe use it in future. Would be similar set ups in terms of seating. With NFL using it, American exposure will mean they may see it. Finn Balor being a Spurs fan might help, as well. Rate me optimistic, I just keep hoping they bring a PPV over here at some point and a fresh out of this world stadium with state of the art technology should be on the shortlist.

Has the actual start time been announced? I've read that it's being shown before the City game, but coverage of that is from 7pm & I don't really fancy watching any of the Sky panel creaming over the Liverpool result until they switch to our ceremony.

Other previous WWE connections, too.

Maybe Batista can add it to this "Give me what I want!" schtick. Always thought Wembley would be the obvious choice, especially as there has been boxing there in recent years. If boxing is done here, to have a WrestleMania or SummerSlam at our ground would see me marking out in every way possible. My two biggest passions colliding. God damn now I'm going to be day-dreaming about that all day..
