Sorry fella. Didn’t even know I’d done it. Have removed the disagree.

Not a problem we all have Fat Finger Syndrome (FFS) every now and again, but you are quite entitled to disagree, should you want to. We just like those who do disagree to say why, after all that's what makes a discussion innit! :)

I don’t think we’ve done it for that reason. It’s business innit. We’re building one of the finest stadiums in the world and you want all fans talking about it and shit. However, from a fan point of view, I think we should be blasting out Glory Glory with state of the art projectors showing a loop of all the fouls Dier did at the battle of the bridge. That’d be my preference.

Also, on your point, I think it’s much better to try and make the away fans as uncomfortable as possible (as we home fans should try and do for all visiting teams and supporters) but, like I say, I understand why we’ve done it I just disagree with that particular aspect. Not that it really bothers me (well, until we’re 3-0 down at HT and I’m pissed off knowing that the chavs or whoever are lapping it up with all their home comforts)

Presumably we can also fuck with their heads at the flick of a switch...?!

We should bin off that whole making the away fans feel welcome bollocks.

Fucking blue lights and Chelsea songs for the twats when they visit. No thanks.
Yeah, but when the lights start flashing white in the away section,
it means Riggi is on his way to restore order....

Without wanting to derail the thread. The ratings buttons are for quick ratings and the reply button is for actual replies. If you had to justify every rating with a text reply then there would be no point having the buttons.

Probably quite a proportion of negative ratings are accidental but then spamming a thread (as yes I am now doing - thanks) to discover why is really not a good look and not very helpful. If it bothers you that much then perhaps PM the user

Anyway hope all are now happy and life can go on after the 'offending' disagree was removed

Whilst i agree to a point (baring in mind we don't know the full details) but the reason i'm guessing is less about making them feel welcome and more about building an atmosphere (which is partly what THFC are selling) it takes two sides to build an atmosphere.
Get the away fans going you should in theory get the home team wanting to drown them out.
Could be that this feature is more for the NFL side of things, where the stadium will be a neutral ground?

Just saw an HP advert (not the sauce) basically saying how amazing the new stadium will be.

Will they be the naming rights sponsor?

When you say you saw a video, was that in the public domain or some kind of private situation? If the former, can you share?!

TV games are out confirming that the first game at the new ground will be 12.30 on Saturday 15th Sep.

Hate lunchtime games so that’s a bit annoying. Also wanted to come a lot earlier than usual being out first game in the new stadium.

That'll do. The Friday night would've been impossible for me so just relieved it's not that!

That Monday night game at OT is also a bank holiday so could actually be fun.
