i contacted them and they said they could not arrange any returns or exchanges as the kit was personalised (i printed #3 reguilon)

They have to if it's faulty, regardless of whether it's been personalised.

I'd ring them, or try this page - has a few additional email addresses which may be worth cc'ing to any correspondence:

I wouldn't let them fob you off like that as the kit is faulty. I'd send them an email with the pictures and explain that it's not right for you to pay for an item that arrived in this condition.

i attached the above pictures already in my email to them...:X3: the CS said the terms and conditions were agreed at the time of purchase and a personalized item could not refunded or exchanged :(

Check the T&c.
As on the site it mentions about it can't be returned if it's the wrong size, and they hold no responsibility if players change numbers ect.

If that's the same as the check out send them a message saying your disappointed to receive the goods in less than satisfactory condition and will be contacting traiding standards regards to it.

....
please take care to select the correct size as due to the nature of the item we will not be able to refund or exchange it in the event that it does not fit. This applies to any replica kit items that have printing on, whether you select the name and number manually and add it to the shirt or if you select one of our hero printed shirts.
We also cannot accept liability for any changes to players names and numbers due to transfers or a player deciding to change number. So please ensure that you are happy with the name and number you have chosen when you place your order.

Sorry, but that’s absolute horseshit.

One of those terms and conditions is that you bought the item as advertised. A stained football shirt, it was not.

If you're still getting no joy I would escalate it to Tiggy Thompson (Head of Supporter Experience) as customer service and retail both fall under her remit: [email protected]

Would probably copy in [email protected] as well - she will (hopefully!) have bigger fish to fry but often forwards emails to whoever is best placed to deal with them

Yeah you’re not sending it back because you’ve got buyers remorse, or it’s too small, it’s faulty. By rights you can send it back for a refund, personalised or not.

Just ordered the away shirt.

First time in my life I’ve personalised it with a name/number that isn’t Ginola - 14 (except when I was 12 years old and had Nielsen - 8).

I went for Morgan - 13 ?
