Well, nah, he has been properly diabolical in his time at spurs..

But, tonight isn’t the time for that.

He did really well in the second half, made some really good runs and for once actually played some nice passes and some good crosses.

It’s great to see. If he kept up that sort of form I’d much rather see him in there instead of Royal, as he better fits a RWB.

Problem is it’s Chelsea next, but he deserves a start. If we can get this version of Doherty until the summer then that would be great.

It's definately been called for as he's been absolutely dog shit, but today he was good, and believe he should be given another chance. Much more of an attacking threat than Emerson, and his defending was decent.

Far better tonight. Been slated recently playing at LWB but he was always advanced when playing there, just always cutting back on this his right foot which slows everything down. No surprise he looked better at RWB which is his best position. Hopefully he can kick on from here - I think that 45 was better than we've seen some Royal sadly. Happy for him.
