Didnt realise he was sick. Baffles the mind how you can die with a tumour on the arm. I think a doc or two has made a fuck up here. RIP.

And 1 massive game for West Brom

Why even mention it? Completely irrelevant in the grand scheme of things. The guy has died and you feel the need to make sure people remember this negative portion of his life.

Some of you lot need to get over it, we all know that game happened - but most people have the common sense to not need to bring it up when discussing the fact that this young man has lost his life.

RIP.

It was a bit flippant but there's no need to be self righteous, he didn't say anything at all disrespectful....

In what way can that possibly be construed as self-righteous? It was completely disrespectful. The guy has died, why is there any need to reaffirm any negative emotions related to that game? What point is there in making that remark?

You can deem it self-righteous if you like, I just felt it was out of place and unnecessary, but maybe that's just me.

Anyway, don't want to detract from the actual point of the thread.

If I'm correct he also played in the Man City game, in the one we won to get CL football for the first time in our History.

But this isn't the time or place to discuss that, just to pay respect to someone who died tragically way too early.

RIP Marton Fulop

RIP Marton. It's so sad, I lost a very close friend to the big C at 31, we were brought up like brothers so I know how the family feels.

Wow, a shocker. Like others I didn't know he had been ill.

RIP, thoughts with his family.
