I disagree about some comments about dier playing there. I think him being there is extremely improtant for the defensive cover. Its the front 5 who need to take the responsibility to be creative moving the ball forward.

Sorry but imo you can't blame the players for taking an age to go forward. They're obviously just doing what they've been told.
Must have been told you're not allowed in the oppositions half until they have 11men behind the ball.
