Trezeguet scores nearly a goal a game and you're saying he's not good enough? My how our stock has risen

Yes I do support Juve too which is why if Berbs goes I want him to go there. I rate Berbs higher than Ibra.

You see, BOF, this is the great advantage of having a Sporting Director. It ensures continuity when a change of manager/coach comes about.

Yes. And Levy has already said that if Ramos fails, Comolli's head is on the block. So, if that comes to pass, we'll need a new coach, a new DoF and a new squad of players.

But of course it won't come to pass because Don Juande won't fail.

Far more likely to happen is that Ramos will say to Levy, "Senor Levy, I would like a new DoF, por favor". (Regardless of the official structure which has Ramos reporting to Comolli.)

Both the Torygraph & Grauniad pieces are poorly thought-out tosh. I think we have a better than even chance of keeping Berba. Also, I think the core of the squad will be kept - not dismantled - but we will add strength in key areas to enable us to play Ramos football: attacking football, with wingers, but compact (to paraphrase Alvarez).

So, a GK, a CB, a CM (or 2), a LM.

I think Bent has until the end of the season to prove he can compete with Keano for a striker position. If he can't, then I wouldn't be at all surprized to see Diego Milito at WHL next season, as he can play the "fulcrum" role like Berba, so we would genuinely have three strikers competing for two spots.

280 club games he has scored 162 goals. That is not nearly a goal a game ratio but, it is still very good.

If the squad really are playing for their futures in these last three months, Keano better step up again he's gone a bit cold. Don't think he'll leave but who knows what Ramos is thinking?

Ledley King? We'll never get more than half a season out of him again, will we? Bad news for the JJ haters as well. Despite what the writer thinks, it's imperative we keep Berbatov and I think we will.

But overall it suggests the kind of wholesale change that we've seen so many times in our Premier League years. In the past it's been followed by the inevitably "settling in" period, at the end of which many are cleared out and the whole process starts again. Only King and Keane remain from four years ago.

I hope it's different this time.

Would you please elaborate?

another article talks of Juande Ramos saying to close friends Berbatov will stay as he will be happy for us to exercise our 2 year option on him

To be honest, I have faith in Ramos. He has shown he is tactically sound and has a drive and determination about him that needs to be reflected in the personnel and players under him.

The only ones I wouldn't want to see leave from the list posted above is Aaron Lennon and maybe Kaboul.

Whatever happens, this summer will be an existing one and I think he'll certainly have one eye on the players performing well in the Euro 2008 tournament and we may well see some new players from that.

I think he's saying that in his opinion Tottenham will retain the services of your bum chum. Carling cup winners, another UEFA CUP campaign all in Ramos's short term in charge. It's clear Tottenham(with a few additions)should be challenging the top four and competing in the later stages of all the cups next season, should be enough to keep Berbs atleast one more season.

You stuck up your own arse ignorant twat.

ps If i take a ban for this ignorant idiot i don't mind
