Without being an arsehole and too critical..could of done better with the goal conceded last night but too be fair Pukki has very good movement and the ball was decent.

Overall though looked very assured again and would like to see him more in a back four.

Yeah, he seemed to misjudge the flight of the pass over the top and lost ground on Pukki because of it. Think that's the only mistake I've seen him make though in the short space of time I've watched him live.

Only one goal conceded in the Nations League for Wales and he’s two for two for shutouts with Spurs. Clean-sheet machine ?

Looks like poor Joe is going to be the latest in a long line of players that people constant spell incorrectly. With the injury to Toby, it’s almost inevitable that he’ll be getting more minutes in the coming weeks, let’s hope he performs as well as hoped, as he’s apparently impressed Jose and the team.

Anyway, for the avoidance of doubt...

Such a shame we signed him too late for the EL squad, but it'll be very interesting to see who partners Dier against Chelsea. Hearsay and Rodon's appearance off the bench v City suggests he's already usurped Sanchez in the pecking order and Tanganga is obviously not fit yet after injury.

Think he'll be on the right for his few starts to get comfortable, and will eventually move left. Depending on how he's looked in training this week/last week he could very realistically start over sanchez.

I just hope that Frank keeps Giroud out of the starting lineup. He is usually the biggest danger to us. If he does not start then we have a better chance to win the game no matter who is at the back

Pretty good debut, but wtf was that at the end? Shame he’s not EL eligible as he needs minutes to get these mistakes out of his system, and the Premier League really isn’t the place to make them.

Overall good performance in extremely pressured circumstances. Some nervy moment for sure, and he will hopefully be his own worst critic about that.
