Has some injury issues apparently?
Bit of a myth. Had 2 bad ankle injuries (caused by tackles), where he missed 10-15 games, both times. Apart from that I don't think its a major issue

That’s very different. Those were precarious single-leg knockout ties where if we messed up, we were out. Not at all like a group stage scenario, where every big team rests their main stars in the Europa League.Look at who we started in the 3 qualifying games. He takes the next game seriously and picks the best team available at the time. There won't be any plans in advance for when he will play Rodon. Jose will use the full squad as and when he needs too. Plenty of games in small spaces of time so he will get game time as will Tanganga.
Remembering Gary Mabbutt from Bristol Rovers. Sixteen years for us, 11 as captain, and of course capped 16 times for England. The reason I’m excited about this guy is it feels like a spurs signing from a few years ago that we perhaps got away from under Poch in the later years - taking a chance on a young (ish), highly regarded British talent on a nice cheap deal.
I don’t know much about the guy other than hearing he’s good and seeing him play well in one game for Swansea last year, but I just have a feeling he’ll very quickly establish himself and come into the first team. And I think that’s why we’re signing him.
I like the fact we’re not sitting on our laurels too with Skriniar being unavailable and taking an opportunity again. These are the sort of signings that make clubs winners and/or lots of money (look at Maguire w/ Leicester, Andy Robertson, Michael Keane etc.). Love it!

100%. Welsh also and I think this is the best crop of talent we’ve had coming through in a long, long time. Especially at Swansea. Rodon the standout but Cabango and Roberts at Swansea are premier league players in waiting as well imo.

He has had a couple of injuries.
Doesn't mean that he necessarily has injury "issues".
A full international, and Giggs has been touting him to Ole to sign.
could be a coup tbf
Yeah I think it will be mixed but don't think he plays inexperienced defenders. Hart is an experienced keeper. I think he still wants experienced players. Lamela, Moura, Alli and even Vinicius are experienced enough and have European games under their belt. I just think this competition will be a bit too soon for Rodon right now. Its all a bit of a mute point though as he's not going to be registered anywayThe thing is that were do or die games and thats slightly different to group stages were you are not reliant on one upfuck. He still played Hart over Lloris and we should be more than able to take it serious with a team mixed of regular starters and squad players.
Lets just see. But unless it is a Knockout or Do or Die game in Europa we won't rest players in the league for the cup.
We better get a move on before that shambles of a club work out that they need a defender ?
Urmmm.
Difficult to buy in January.
I think there is a difference between playing young prospects and experienced squad players though. I also think we'll field a stronger team in Europa than people are suggesting. That’s very different. Those were precarious single-leg knockout ties where if we messed up, we were out. Long shot but many years ago I used to work at The Lion Quays Hotel which welcomed the Welsh U21 team regularly. I met Bale on a few occasions and became very friendly with a member of staff who supported football operations. I've just emailed him to ask his opinion on Rodon and if he has heard anything. He sorted me out with tickets for a few games back then and has kept in touch over the years (I'm English but we had just bought Verts and he was playing for Belgium, I'm pretty sure he scored).
Anyway I've had an automatic reply saying he is currently away with the U21's in Belgium so no idea if I will get a response but if I do I will post in here.
