Merson has predicted a 1-1 and even said he wouldn't be surprised if Chelski went on win. Why are you telling porkies? :sneaky:

The comments on there are gold though.. It's like the Chelsea fans can't comprehend the articles about current form. Apart from Alli being injured (and hazard is better anyway, would have him in an instant)

"Class is permanent" type comments from the club who publicly humiliated and sacked a member of their medical staff for doing her job, or the club who got pissed and caused trouble in an airport after 9/11, or a club who publicly humiliated a player for having the club captain shag his wife, or having a club captain whose mums a thief or....

Class is permanent so hopefully they go back to holding dog racing and having to collect change in a bucket at HT to help paint the outhouses at SB like the good old days whilst coming in a solid and wholly unspectacular 14th place in the league. They were like Charlton but shitter.

*fingers crossed*

That team is obviously biased.

Rose is way better than Azpilicueta
You know what though....

I frigging love having a good coach in charge of things though. I'm glad the club finally decided to try this wacky new approach to football where players and units improve and progress over time.

It's only been 18 months...

No way would I swap Willian for Son or Lamela, if we're talking this seasons form, neither Hazard.

Biased, perhaps, but what can you do.

I can't stand the daily mail web page. Always videos loading in the background. It's pure spam and advertisement which I will never take seriously.

If Hazard wants CL football next year he should listen to offers from Spurs. Could do it without even moving house.

Everton 20
Leicester 20

Some things take more than 5 minutes.

I was pointing out that your statement is premature. 18 months is nothing to try and build something special. Let's see if Dan leaves things alone for 36 months without sticking his nose in and/or selling players when the big boys come a knocking

We've taken many 1 or 2 steps forward in the last 10 years or so only to go 1 or 2 steps back again....

That's very true.

We've had managers deliver us our best league seasons two years on the trot after nearly 20 years of futility given the elbow after an iffy few months. No doubt all the usual stories will come justifying the move and how could anyone foresee the utter clusterfuck that situation created for the next few seasons.

You'd hope lessons have been learned and it wont be repeated but you never know. I would hope he will nut up and hold tight given the stadium situation etc. Last thing we need is yet another overhaul of the squad and trying to luck out in hiring just the right man for the job.

And he's a Chelsea fan with an Arsenal allegiance. Funny that...

I am of the firm belief that Chelsea are being spoiled by either one or a handful of bad apples and, at some point, Jose's rotating will root them out and we'll start to see the sort of performances we expect of the talent he has. I just hope it's not against us. You can't take away the fact that they have some enviable talent in their squad but, right now, we appear to have a better team, and if the talent and effort bring a stalemate and it ends up coming down to player confidence and fitness in the final minutes, i'm pretty sure we have the edge.

I think the so called bad apples are his top talent - IE Hazard, Costa, Terry - & that's why he's (thus far) unable to fix it

Usually you'd be right but after a 5000 mile round trip this week and 2 days less rest than Chelsea I think we'll run out of steam in the last 15 just like we did against arsenal. We need to try and win the game early imo and score first.

He's got Arsenal and Chelsea both unbeaten then?
