How many in the current team would be in your greatest ever team in your Spurs-supporting lifetime?

Was thinking of my greatest ever team based on only players I've watched since i started becoming a fan in 1981, and thats been 35 long years and many many brilliant players. Amazingly, 4 of the current players make my list, and unsurprisingly all 4 are from the backline.

Lloris, Walker, Toby, Rose

The other 7 in a 442 formation would be King, Hoddle, Gazza, Waddle, Bale, Berbatov and Klinsmann.

How many current players would make your greatest team?

Lloris, Toby and Rose for me. I'm afraid I'd take Stephen Carr instead of Walker.

Rose-tinted specs, maybe, but pre-injury, turn of the millennium, he was a more complete right-back and I can't remember a better one.

Manager - Poch (with Jol as assistant taking over press conference duties)

------------Lloris-----------
Carr---King---Toby---Rose
-------------Dier------------
---Dembelle----Modric---
Lennon----------------Bale
------------Kane------------

Pace down the wings and ability to swap Lennon & Bale destroyed teams. Also having the width opens up space for Dembelle & Modric to do their work in the middle. As we've already got the width we don't need Walker to overlap so Carr get's the nod ahead of him (tight call).

Kane gets the nod ahead of Berba purely as I don't think he suited being upfront on his own and needed to be in a partnership with somebody.

Never sure if I should pick the best eleven or try to go for a balanced team. Will go with 442 from 1990:

Lloris
Carr King Alderweireld Rose
Anderton Modric Gazza Bale
Klinsmann Linekar

Kind of breaks my heart to not put in Ginola.

Who would you have at CB with king? I can't think of a better one that Toby
I nearly went for Sol, judging him purely on footballing ability when he was at Spurs he was incredible and easily the best defender in the country at the time. But the deciding factor for me in leaving him out was that you need to trust your defensive partner and I wouldn't trust that snake with anything

Lloris, Walker, Toby, Rose, Kane.
Eric Dier is the best DM I think we have ever had, but my midfield would be Modric and Gazza.
